The Whiz Cell process was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Honestly, after checking multiple cell phone buyer websites The Whiz Cells offered the highest price in all ranges of cell phone condition. The only minor negative was that what I thought was a cell phone in excellent condition was found to have a "slightly loose back cover" upon receipt inspection and the offer quoted was reduced by $30 (and this was handled with a quick email exchange). Other than that I am very pleased with the experience and it was quick and easy to turn an unused cell phone into cash. A postage paid mailing label was provided and start to finish I had money in my PayPal account in 6 days.

I was offered $250, then received $140. It's a 7 year old phone. The battery still at the mid 70% is average. You should be more realistic in your opening offer and stop using the high offer, low reward option.
Our website is clear that in order to qualify for "Good" condition, which was the condition that you chose, that the battery life must be above 85% & scratches cannot be felt by fingernail. Your device had deep screen scratching & weak battery health at 73%. We sent you the requoted offer & you accepted it & were paid out. You had the option to decline the offer if you were not happy & we would've sent the device back at our expense. While we do apologize that you're unhappy with your experience, this is no fault of ours as the device clearly didn't meet the requirements of the condition that you selected.

I sent in my OnePlus 13 via USPS after getting a quote. I was paid within 1 day via PayPal, after the 5% PayPal fee I was left with a little over 500 dollars for my phone.

I am totally satisfied with the recent transaction of selling my OnePlus Open. The process was easy, very convenient, fair value and the payment was deposited instantly upon approval. Marked my S21 ultra as Good condition since there wasn't a Fair condition and it was sent off with a buy price starting at 145 dollars but when they received they listed all that was wrong that was expected but then they counter offered me 50 dollars when it cost 15 to ship since its hazardous (battery) and I took payment via PayPal so that also too 2.50 off the transaction. Verydissatisfied, will never use or recommend this company as I talked to a real person that qouted me 100 for the phone.
The conditions that we accept are very clear on our website. There are so many things that can be wrong with a device that we cannot list them all to avoid confusion & we only list the most common. If you felt that the lack of options & had questions about your device due to the very heavy screen scratching that was present as well as the back popping off, you could've emailed us prior to sending the device in. Also, you had the option to decline the offer if you weren't pleased with it & we would've sent it back at our expense. Last regarding the PayPal fee, that is disclosed prior to you even placing the order. We have other payment options that do not have fees attached.
Great to work with, made the sale of my old phone very easy. Super quick on the payout once they receive the phone. I've done business with them before, I'll continue to do business with them!

Dropping the price for an iphone 14 from $210 to $150 after shipment was way too much for me. Complaining about tge battery condition. What was the expectation for a 3/4 year old phone?
The expectation was set the day that you've placed the order. Our website is very clear the battery health must be above 85% to qualify for the full offer. Your device is at 82%, which was the reason that the offer was decreased. You had the option to decline the offer & have it returned to you, but you decided to accept the offer & you were paid out.
Prices could have been little more competetive. Based on the reviews and my experience, I decided to go again with Whiz Cells.
