Even though my phone ended up having the wrong back and s pen, the people at WhizCells were super patient with explaining things to me. They are very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Getting the money was easy and it was transferred instantly. Definitely will reach out to them again in the future when I have a phone to sell!
Make sure you check the fine print. Unless your phone is in perfect condition it will probably be worth less then the estimate.
What you're referring to isn't even in the "fine print". It is in VERY bold letters on our order entry screen. You selected "Cracked Glass", which very clearly states when you select it that the device must have no display damage including black spots & that the phone must be fully functional. You sent in a device that had large black spots with an inoperable touchscreen. It is no fault of ours that you selected the incorrect condition when you placed your order.
Sent in my phone and got paid like promised. About a week or less.

The quote was very quick, mailed in the equipment and the assessment was fair and as expected. Pricing was the same as Apple but chose Whiz Cells as the process was easier and received cash in bank vs Apple credit.

One phone was approved excellent another had a scratch on the screen but still got a fair offer for it. Process was simple. All the bad reviews are prob from ppl lying about the phones condition. Be honest with them and yourself and you'll be happy. Got my money the day after they received the phones.

My initial quote on what I thought was a good to excellent phone was $130. After I mailed the phone in, I got an email saying phone was scratched on the back and there was lcd burn-in on the screen all of which I disagree with. Final opinion, the initial quotes are misleading and on e they received the phone they counter offer with a low ball $40 offer making me feel like I don't want the hassle of going through the trade-in sales process again.

Anyone who has tried to get a picture of screen burn knows it is difficult. Having said that, I will resend the picture to you and put some arrows that will make it easier to see. We should have sent some pictures of the scratches on the back of the phone, and I do not see that we did that. I apologize for that. Thank you for your feedback. We sent you photos showing the damages on your device. You stated that the device was in good condition meaning that there are no scratches that can be felt by fingernail, no display damage, & battery health above 85%. The photos clearly showed deep screen scratching, black spots in the display, & battery health at 75%. Your device did not qualify for the condition that you stated, & we sent you a requoted offer that you accepted. If you didn't agree with this, you could've declined it & we would've sent the device back to you at our cost.
Checked several places, The Whiz Cells was the best offer made. The day it arrived I received my payment for the full amount promised.
