My experience with WhizCells was great. Filling out the information about my phone was quick and easy. Plus, the quote given for my phone was higher than other websites. My payment was the same as they quoted and it was processed and in my account the same day that they received my phone. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to sell their old phones.

We were quoted $545 but received $230 because of Mark on edge, mark on the screen plastic and a claim that the back cover was changed. We bought the phone new and we didn't change the back cover. We never needed to change the cover.

It was easy to prepare quotes online, receive email of postal label, send and receive updated values. While it was disappointing to receive lower offers, it was understandable as original quote is before seeing and evaluating actual trade in cell phones

Sold my Pixel 9a. Everything worked very well — the payout amount was clear, the shipping system worked well, and the payout (I selected PayPal) was very quick; in my case about a week after shipping. My only note would be the price I got for the phone feels a bit low — the phone is a 2025 model and retails for $500. I have one clear scratch/shallow crack in the screen, which is not very noticable whilst using the phone, and otherwise the phone is in fair condition. They paid out $70 for it. I suspect I may have been able to get a better offer if I shopped around different refurbishers and such. But I don't think they'd have been as convenient. Otherwise everything was great.

Whiz Cells always has great service, and I never have a problem with them. Highly recommend if you want a better way to recycle your old devices that you no longer use!

I was told my phone would bring $380, I loved my phone but needed the money quick, so i took the chance after seeing thier claims of 24 hr payout. I sent my phone,)which by the way had been graded as excellent condition at a cell shop near me who offered 300) Upon receiving the phone (with their label it took nearly 8 days)the sent me an email saying my phone had scratches on it. This was an absolute lie! They offered me 120 for my phone and by that late date i had no choice but to take it or my car would be repo'd. So ya, I def would not recommend using this company.
