They answered my emails very promptly and the icing on the cake was that I needed to change my payment method from paypal to ach because I wasn't aware paypal was going to hold my funds for 21 days so I emailed them and they told me what to do and within Minutes I had the funds in my bank. I was quoted 70, I said it was in good condition my apple watch knowing it had a scratch on the face, they came back and offered me only 20.00, things were mentioned not true with the condition, to me its just a bait and switch, once they have the watch it would cost money to get it back, next time I will go with a company with a lower up front offer

It was very simple to fill out and answer the questions about my phone. I was in no hurry so I opted for them to mail me a envelope that was padded with a return postage paid address which they did. I know not many phones can be in perfect condition after 5 years but mine was and I was a little worried that they would not agree but they did agree and I got the maximum payout. The whole process was quick and the money transfer to my account was very fast also I'm very impressed with them and their prices are very very fair I highly recommend them.
