This is the second company I've used to sell my iphone. Unlike the first experience, the quoted price did not change, and the Whiz constantly communicated throughout the process. I do not have a debit card, customer service was extremely helpful on how they can send me my funds. This impresses me the most. The Whiz was quick to respond to all emails with useful information

I comparison-shopped and these guys were offering more than any other place I looked at: $150 vs $120 (next best) for an iPhone 14 with a cracked screen. I downloaded the shipping label they sent, stuck it on a padded envelope, and put it in the USPS mail. A few days later I got an email with a coupon that I converted into an Amazon gift card. Couldn't be easier.

I was offered 120. For my iPhone 11. The final amount was 40. I understand that the battery may not be 100% but it charged fine and stayed charged as it should. They said deep scratches on front. There were no scratches on the glass when it was mailed.

Gathered up my old phones, got a very nice quote for each one.
They sent a label for prepaid shipping.
Sent my phones and a couple days later got my money through a gift card of my choice.

From the start, communications were clear as to the process for trading in my older Pixel 6 XL. I understood the condition descriptions and received an accurate estimate. Once they received the device, it was evaluated and I was paid in less than 48 hours, as expected.

I recently placed an order to sell my Galaxy Fold 5 after receiving a quote that deemed the phone to be in good condition. However, after sending it in, I received an email from their representative claiming that my phone had a dead pixel and light scuffs on the body. I suspected they were trying to lowball me, as they offered less than half of the original quoted price. I politely refused and requested the phone be returned.

When I received the phone back about three days later, the screen was completely damaged. I contacted the representative, who absurdly claimed that the damage was due to the supposed dead pixel. I have never heard such a ridiculous excuse to cheat someone. The representative also suggested I file a claim for the $100 shipping insurance, implying the phone might have been damaged during transit.

I am not one to quickly bash a company, but I strongly advise against ever using this company. I share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this fraudulent business.
