For all the work we put in charging the phones up, seeing what phones were what, all info needed. We got a loisey 100 bucks for 4 perfectly good phones. They say they take locked phones but they don't. And they do not pay you in 24 hours either
We do purchase locked devices, & we purchased yours. You had 3 devices where 2 were MDM locked & 1 was Google/FRP locked, which our website states we do not pay the full quote for. We sent you several emails & texted you asking you to remove the MDM & FRP locks, which at first you never replied to. The order was explained to you in detail & we sent you SEVERAL emails where you replied with questions that we answered. We cannot pay out in 24 hours when you're not accepting or declining our offer. You were paid just a few hours after you accepted the requoted offer. If you weren't happy with the requote, you had the option to decline it.
Easy and I hope we really get what we are offered. We'll see!
Easy online they quite a price then lower it when they have the phone. I bet they do that to everyone
Your device was heavily scuffed & you stated that the device was in "Excellent (Like New)" condition. We sent you a requoted offer, which you had the option to decline & we would've sent it back to you at our cost. You chose to accept & you were paid. The device also had screen scratches, but we did not take anything off for that.
The WhizCell website was easy to use to get a trade-in estimated value. I selected the gift cart option and used the postage paid label to send in my iPad gen 9. Within a week, I received email with a link to the select a virtual gift card for $125. I selected an Amazon gift card and immediately applied it to my Amazon account. I would prefer to receive funds via Paypal, but there is a 3% fee for that.

The Whiz Cells is easily the best electronics buy back company I've ever used! Period! And that says a lot! I typically do business with BuyBack Boss when I want to sell one of my electronic devices because I've always had great experiences with them. And I do believe they are a fantastic company that offers top dollar for electronic products. Problem is, BuyBack Boss wouldn't buy my OnePlus Open foldable phone. So, I decided to take a chance on The Whiz Cells. Turns out The Whiz Cells takes it up even a notch higher with its customer service. Upon receiving my phone, the promised payment was in my bank account the very same day! Astounding! Even BuyBack Boss can't compete with that! I don't know that anyone can!

I printed my labels and sent 2 phones back. They received them in about a week. I was able to track and see when they received the product. My payment was sent the same day and I was able to transfer the funds to my debit card. This is the easiest process I have had with selling my phones.

My family had upgraded phones and the majority of them had to trade theirs in but my moms was paid for. Someone had mentioned ecoatm to her but I had sold an old phone to declutter a couple of years ago so I told her not to use ecoatm because they do NOT pay as much as others. When searching online I found The Whiz Cells. I was amazed by the amounts they pay for devices in good condition so I started researching the company and they had awesome reviews and now I know why. They do everything they say on their website and I love that they are also only 45 minutes away from where we live. I followed there step by step process and had a question so I emailed them and I had a response within 24 hours. Once the question was answered we were able to complete the sales process and ship the device. It arrived to them in 2 days. I had an email with a payment link within less than 24 hours. I clicked the link filled in my payment info and the funds were in my account in about 15 minutes! It was a seamless process! I would recommend this service to anyone and I will definitely use this service again! I give them 5+ stars. Thanks Whizcells!

From reading the other reviews and my experience this is their game. They always find some reason to lower their offer by a lot once they have ur phone.
As explained via email, this is not a game that we play. Our website is clear on the definitions of conditions. You placed an order for a Galaxy A54 & a Galaxy S20 both in "Good" condition, which is defined as having no scratches that can be felt by the fingernail, no cracks, & everything 100% functional. You sent in a Galaxy A54 with deep screen scratches & a Galaxy S20 with screen scratches, burnt in/ghost images, & a cracked back. This isn't a case where we were looking for a reason to lower our offer, this is a case of your devices being misrepresented. We offered to ship the devices back to you at our cost, just as we paid to have them shipped to us. You decided to accept the $20.
If you don't want to mess around with selling on Craigslist/eBay/FB marketplace then this is a good option. Didn't get as much as quoted on one tablet due to minor frame damage but it's not worth my time to sell elsewhere for $20 more. If your device has screen damage I think this is a good option for most people.

I am very sorry that you are disappointed. I took a look at your iPad and it has notable light/bright spots in the LCD. The LCD is damaged and that is the reason for the change in your offer. This is certainly not a device that has much value to start with and as such we typically do not offer anything in this condition but made an offer as a goodwill gesture. Again, I am sorry that it is disappointing. That is not our goal. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.
WHIZ gave a quote of $160. I reset the phone to factory settings cand sent it in. WHIZ informed me that the phone was locked and could only pay me $60.
I am sure the phone was not locked when I sent it.
I honestly was very uncomfortable at first sending my phone to them, not knowing anything about the company, but they answered all my questions. They answered all my emails within seconds of getting them and everything went completely smoothly with them. I got my money instantly just as told and would definitely do business again with them.
