The entire process was super easy and the product that I received was exactly what I expected. I would recommend this company to over any competitor as they treat you like family.
It was a bit hard to imagine sending in my iPad and actually getting the quoted price. On top of it, there was a coupon adding on extra money! C'mon now! I took the leap and could not be happier I was proved wrong! BuyBackPros were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I dropped my iPad off on Friday night and was paid by Tuesday! They are the real deal! Thank you so much for my payment and easing my mind!

Hello. I've got no idea how this works and I'm new to reviews. Anyways, I came across a local company here in St. Louis, Buy Back Pros. Due to my situation it's tough for me to get around and be mobile. A friend told me they had sold their old shoebox of gadgets and smartphones to Buy Back Pros and got paid the same day. I thought how in the world can this be. Anyways, after some research I found that the company is based locally in St. Louis, MO. I made an order on their website and printed my shipping kit. It printed out with a prepaid USPS shipping label from the post office. I put a couple old iPods and an iPhone in a small box for my mailman to pickup. The next day I received an email to tell me that they had received my order. By 4PM I received an additional email to notify me that they had sent my PayPal payment. They got a fan in me. They're customer service was great when I called with a couple questions before I sent my order. Thank you again. I will be back!
