After selling a large shipment of calculators, I was super impressed to see the 1) almost immediate response to any questions I had, which was incredibly helpful for someone who had never done this before, 2) the quick and easy setup for payment and shipping- you just print the label they give you, attach it to a package, and take it to the post office, then payment is completed after quality check. Very smooth and great people to sell to.
I had never heard of Orchard but I searched for phone deals and their site offered good prices. I googled them to find reviews but nothing... but I went forward with it because they promise the 5 point checks or whatever (so no lemons) and they also give you 30 days to return if you're unsatisfied. I live in rural British Columbia so the online seemed the best way to go. The phone arrived on the exact day they said it would about a week after i put in my order. I picked it up at the post office and it works great thus far (day 3). I think they have a good thing going here :) Hopefully I don't break this phone but if I do, I might just be back!

I have sold several calculators using this service. I might have been able to get a slightly better price by trying to sell the unit myself, but this was much easier.

If there is something wrong with the items we always send a requote and explain what is wrong with each calculator. The client must accept or decline the new quote before any payment is made.

I have yet to receive the check I was suppose to get. It's been a week since I received an email saying I was suppose to get in 5-7 days.
We value all customers and do everything to resolve all issues. All checks take 7 days and may be longer with holiday mail. PayPal is the fastest. After we receive and test the items we send the funds to the PayPal email address provided.
