Whiz cells gave me the most for my phone then others, the process was easy and received the payment extremely fast. I appreciate it!

Not the first time I sold to Whiz Cells. Always smooth and fast response. Fast payment, even by mail.

Clear instructions telling me how to find my model # and memory and how to rate my phone, how to mail it (they paid postage) and when I would receive their price for it. Then, they sent a note saying what they would pay for it (as expected) and when payment would arrive. Everything was clear and concise. When I wrote with question, I got an immediate polite answer.

I thought the phone was in good condition. The case was perfect without a mark and the screen only had the faintest of "smudges" in the most used areas that were only visible at certain angles and invisible with the display on. Seemed to fit the "few light scratches, can not be felt by fingernail" if not better. I would personally consider it excellent if I were buying a used phone. They graded it "other" without explanation and lowered the offered payout for by 20%.

You only have a few options for "condition" of phone. When I mailed it in, it only had a cracked screen. Magically, when received it has a whole litany of other issues.

They said my phone was locked with a pin code. I debt then the only pin codes I've ever used and they said none of the pins worked. I sent my device reset completely. They just didn't want to pay the amount I was quoted. Original quote was $640, I wound receiving $160. Pathetic. I will never use this company again and i will be sure to share my experiences with others. Worthless!

My second phone I sold arrived on time and i got the money the within the same.
It wasn't stolen or lost like my first phone was thanks last company I mentioned in the in the title.

They messed up in the beginning but eventually made it almost right. Started off telling me I sent them 1st generation iPad- they fixed that saw it was indeed 5th generation. Two days of emails with two different people. Then was told it was WiFi only and dropped the offer $10. I told them when I first filled out the form it was WiFi only! Didn't want to start another 2 or 3 days worth emails- so took the offer. Have a phone I had set up to sell to them but decided to try someone else. They were very nice about everything but they should have honored the offer.

Website was easy to use. Shipping was easy. I received my money same day they received the phone.

I was quoted a price based on the condition of my phone and this company held up it's part.

(The) Whiz Sells lowered my trade-in price a bit without a valid enough reason but I was able to bargain with them a bit and get a bit more for my iPhone. Payment was received the same day! Courteous and communicative. I would definitely do business with them again but next time I'm going to try to sell my phone or tablet myself first. Still recommended!

To say doing business with The Whiz Cells was a pleasure is an understatement. The whole process was quick and easy and the same day they received the phone I got my money which was exactly what they originally offered to the penny. If I ever have another phone to sell I will definitely be using them again.
