I have used 3 other sites to sell electronics, and have been satisfied with those 3. For this particular phone I really needed the highest payout and Whiz Cells was $70 higher than the best of the 3 I usually use.The offer was honored (phone was excellent) and payment was very fast. I will definitely consider them the next time I need to sell a phone.

Simply a misleading offer for my phone. Very vague phone condition choice on your website that made me an offer way higher than what I was actually given.
You should be ashamed of your shady business model
There was nothing misleading about your offer nor was there a vague phone condition choice. You sent us a Google/FRP locked device. Our website is clear that we do not purchase iCloud/Google/FRP locked devices. We sent you 3 emails asking you to remove this lock. We never heard from you. We then send you 3 more emails requoting the device due to the lock being present in an effort to gain your business now & in the future. You didn't respond to the first 2, but accepted the 3rd one. You were promptly paid out afterwards. Had you just responded to our emails, we could've explained the situation to you, remedied the issues if you provided the solution on your end, & paid you out what you were quoted originally. If you weren't happy with the requoted offer you could've declined it & we would've sent it back to you. You did not. You accepted. Even after you were accepted & paid out, we offered to send the device back to you.

The promised amount was not paid and there was no chance to reject the new offer. Instead, I was forced into a much much lower offer which I would have ultimately rejected have been given the opportunity.
I had an old cell phone sitting on my desk for at least three years. I kept it for a backup just in case I needed it. I started thinking how it loses value every day. I searched online to find a buyer and found WhizCells. I got top dollar for my smart phone and tablet. They offer free shipping and many ways to receive payment like PayPal, direct deposit, and check. Their process was unbelievably fast. In less than a week the process was completed. I received great communication throughout the process. This company must have a great leadership team and the best employees to perform like this.

The representative Bryan who assisted me was great.responded to my emails promptly & the transaction was smooth….only thing I wasn't informed of was that 50% of my funds was placed on hold via Paypal…when I contact PayPal they say it was t he sender who caused t he funds to be placed on hold…
Our apologies that this has happened. However, as discussed via email this is out of our control as PayPal has placed the funds on hold, not us. PayPal has acknowledged that this issue is on their end, not ours. We are working with you & PayPal to try to get this resolved & we offered for you to refund the amount & pay you via another method.

They quoted me an offer than offered a lesser offer for a burnt image issue. They sent pictures after I emailed them but it doesn't show the issue that they say the phone supposedly has. I took great care of the phone. It had a case and everything. This was very disappointing.
We were very disappointed as well. The original quoted offer was for a OnePlus 11 in "Excellent" condition. As stated on our website Excellent condition is defined as flawless & in like new condition, with less than 10% of devices qualifying. We received a device that had burnt in images that were clear in the photographs that were sent to you.

I am sorry that feel this way. The phone you sent is in extremely poor condition. The phone is so bad that it will be used for some internal parts and that's it.
The process was transparent and the information was all accurate. I was paid (the amount that was offered) within the same day that the phone arrived to The Whiz Cells. I was able to track the phone throughout the process. Transferring the funds to my debit card was easy and almost instant. Thank you for being true to your words and operating above all expectations.
