The tree arrived on time, and the pot got caught by FedEx. A new pot was shipped after raising the issue. This was a gift, so appreciate the quick response.

The plant I received originally was on its way out; so I contacted The Sill and they provided me with a number of available replacement plants. They shipped my new plant within days of my original contact.

I bought two plants during the summer sale and the small white Calathea can stressed. I've tried everything and it seems like this plant was doomed from the get go.

Plants showed up perfect, a little taller than expected, which was GREAT, and they came mid-leaf growth and the leaves survived the delivery. They have continued to grow beautifully. Will def buy again.

On a previous order the pot was broken and the sill sent a second pot and that was also broken and they sent a coupon code that I believe I used for a different plant to a friend. Love the plants but those pots just didn't ship well.

I ordered two pet friendly plants and my cat beat one up until I had to give it away but I have the other one and it's the first time I've had a plant that stayed alive for a long time. I'm not the best at indoor plants.

I placed a first-time order from The Sill during their annual sale. My plant came neatly and securely packaged with clear labeling on the box "live plant". I enjoyed shopping a variety of unique plants offered during their "deal of the day" sale with exclusive pricing. I did have unfortunate shipping concerns by the carrier (FedEx); delayed shipping, improper handling by the carrier which led to moderate leaf damage. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but I would not pay full pricing, especially considering the damage to the plant with carrier delivery.

I love the plants I have purchased from The Sill. I have had one which didn't arrive in good shape and it was easily and quickly replaced. This is a high quality site.

Calathea Rosy Plant not as pretty as pictured— the leaves are greener than expected and leaves have a few imperfections, but I'm confident it will do well. Thanks for the on point care instructions.

Okay I just ordered one of my friends a ponytail palm - who knew that was a thing?! I love it! Always very cool new options of gifts.
