Quit Bugging Me!

I can say the plant that I ordered that was delivered to a friend was beautiful (so I am told). It arrived fairly timely. Other than that, I do not know what else to say. I can say this company has blown up my email box several times a day with advertising and asking me to leave a reviews. I will NOT be making any further purchases and I DEFINATELY will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know because of this constant barrage of emails. I hope this helps.

Bought a plant

I had no problem with ordering or it being delivered. I don't know what is wrong with the plant but some of the leafs are curling and other one are looking discoloring. Also I didn't know how to contact you

I ordered two separate orders. One for my sister as a gift and one for myself. My sister's pot arrived broken and my tree arrived upside down. They fixed the pot immediately and sent her a new one.

This survey requested my response to my order. I have ordered two items, one which has arrived, and one which is not scheduled to arrive until December. Because the request did not differentiate between the two and merely said, have you received your order from the Sill I was reluctant to say yes, because of course, I haven't gotten the full order. However, to the extent that I have received the first part of the order, I am content with it. I was not going to respond at all because of the confusion of the question, but unfortunately, the survey request kept coming over and over and over and over again, and it was so annoying. I finally clicked on it so that I could take time out of my day to answer it. Thank you.

It was very confusing to order a product and then receive notification that it was no longer available. The team fixed the situation, but it would have been better from the jump not to have to worry about updating and reordering.

Leaves are falling after delivery

The plant would be super cute if it was healthy, but it arrived with browning/yellowed leaves and has dropped 3 leaves since it arrived. Disappointed with the quality of the shipment.

The plants are thriving. Very healthy and have stayed green without drama (no sad, droopy leaves). They came in excellent packaging that kept the plants in perfect shape. Very smart packing. Impressed with the thoughtfulness and concern to get the plant to me in perfect shape. There was a lot of communication via email and text during the entire process. I hesitated to buy plants online but this was an easy process. I've bought five in total. Pleased with all of them.

Box arrived quickly, appreciated the delivery updates. Leaves were squished and a bit torn from having the soil box on top of them so would recommend shipping that separately. Otherwise, all was well. Thanks!

Plant was out of pot inside the box due to poor packaging and even worse handling by carrier.
Back to the shipping/handling drawing board.

Two Trees

Prices and pests

I didn't find the prices to be competitive ( I received a gift certificate to the site for my birthday), and while my plants are beautiful, one arrived with pests. Hopefully I caught the problem and quarantined/treated it quickly enough before they spread to any others in my collection.

Customer support was excellent and the mini-orchids were pretty for the event but don't expect them to last more than a couple of weeks. 19 of the 20 arrived looking good.
