Order placed on 9/29. Order took 9 full business days to arrive. When following tracking it stated order expected to arrive on the 3rd, order did not arrive until the 10th. Not an ideal site to use for sympathy gift. I was actually embarrassed this too so long.
Love the wide variety of plants offered. The care and attention to details makes the sill the best place to shop for all plants and their needs, from start to finish!

I placed a first-time order from The Sill during their annual sale. My plant came neatly and securely packaged with clear labeling on the box "live plant". I enjoyed shopping a variety of unique plants offered during their "deal of the day" sale with exclusive pricing. I did have unfortunate shipping concerns by the carrier (FedEx); delayed shipping, improper handling by the carrier which led to moderate leaf damage. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase but I would not pay full pricing, especially considering the damage to the plant with carrier delivery.
Easy to navigate. Great prices for the semi annual sale and deal of the day. Love that the plants are rare and unique.

Even though FedEx delayed one of my plants, they still arrived undamaged and healthy thanks to the great packaging from this store. The plants I buy at The Sill are always beautiful and healthy, and their customer service is top tier.

So far so good. The plant arrived and so far so good. Some of my other plants have arrived not in the best condition and die quickly after that.
The reason I contacted them is because the app I was using to track the orders had incorrect tracking numbers, so I panicked. The Sill customer service rep contacted me immediately when they were back open to find out what was happening. I did received my orders, and I apologize to the customer service dept for sounding loony! Lol
Our daughter in law sent us a picture of your flowers upon arrival. They were brown and wilted. I was very embarrassed. I paid a lot of money for wilted flowers!
We have enjoyed our Money Tree plant we bought from The Sill a few years ago. We wanted to share this beautiful plant with our newlywed friends. The gold planter really sets off this beautiful plant!

I ordered a plant and planter. The plant arrived healthy and beautiful. The planter was cracked. Emailed customer service and the sent a replacement right away.
Ordered an olive tree plant and two Wintergreen Boxwoods for my garden and love all three! They were delivered quickly and were fresh on arrival! I would definitely order again!

I can say the plant that I ordered that was delivered to a friend was beautiful (so I am told). It arrived fairly timely. Other than that, I do not know what else to say. I can say this company has blown up my email box several times a day with advertising and asking me to leave a reviews. I will NOT be making any further purchases and I DEFINATELY will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know because of this constant barrage of emails. I hope this helps.
