I've ordered several items from The Sill. My very first order was damaged but they sent a replacement without hesitation. Subsequent orders have arrived without issue. The plants are healthy, well-packaged, & stunning. I can't recommend them enough!

I ordered four plants in the late spring early summer. Two arrived damaged and The Sill worked to get me replacements in a timely fashion. I was so pleased with the experience, that I have returned to buy more. They are not cheap, but the peace of mind that knowing they will replace any damaged plants makes the price worth it to me.

I've sent Sill plants to family and friends as condolence gifts as they live longer than flowers. I love that you can also send a planter and potting soil! They arrive in perfect shape and the recipients love them. Delivery time can be a bit long though. 1.5 to 2 weeks I believe but otherwise — highly recommend!

I lost a delivery of four plants to spider mites when they arrived. Had to throw them out immediately so they wouldn't spread. I've received many orders before that were beautiful but not this round. I'm still hopeful I'll receive more beautiful plants, but I did not appreciate the tiny spiders.

I know nothing about plants, but wanted to buy some for our office. This website makes it super easy to pick what works in the kind of space/lighting you have and exactly how to take care of them which I really appreciate! The two I ordered arrived on different days but that was no problem. They were carefully packaged and no damage or shifting at all when I opened them.

I've used The Sill many times to send gifts to friends and family. It's always an easy process with great communication from order through delivery. And, the gift is always a favorite!

I received a gift card for The Sill and was able to purchase 2 small plants with it. I love the new beautiful additions to my indoor plant garden and they are thriving wonderfully. Transportation and delivery was wonderful and both items arrived in great condition - even barring a couple of days when they had to sit out on my porch. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to enhance their plant sanctuary or give a gift to a plant enthusiast!

The plant made it safely! The website is easy to navigate, simple and intuitive. I appreciate the information provided for each plant and the various categories and options for filtering.

The tree arrived on time, and the pot got caught by FedEx. A new pot was shipped after raising the issue. This was a gift, so appreciate the quick response.

The plant I received originally was on its way out; so I contacted The Sill and they provided me with a number of available replacement plants. They shipped my new plant within days of my original contact.

I bought two plants during the summer sale and the small white Calathea can stressed. I've tried everything and it seems like this plant was doomed from the get go.

Plants showed up perfect, a little taller than expected, which was GREAT, and they came mid-leaf growth and the leaves survived the delivery. They have continued to grow beautifully. Will def buy again.

On a previous order the pot was broken and the sill sent a second pot and that was also broken and they sent a coupon code that I believe I used for a different plant to a friend. Love the plants but those pots just didn't ship well.

I ordered two pet friendly plants and my cat beat one up until I had to give it away but I have the other one and it's the first time I've had a plant that stayed alive for a long time. I'm not the best at indoor plants.

The receiver is always happy with the gift and the plants have lived for years to come. They are always shocked that a plant comes delivered like this.
