Orchid was gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition. I was skeptical about shipping an orchid, but now I won't hesitate to do so again through The Sill.

I was so impressed with the service I received from the sill! After receiving a plant with a broken planter through delivery, they quickly sent a replacement confirmation in less than 12 hours of notice. All shipments were expertly packaged and protected, my plants are beautiful and happy! I do believe my issue with a broken planter was a stroke of bad luck or poor handling during shipping but the Sill really came through. Will definitely order again!

Aside from some confusion about using my refund, and the fact that I couldn't use the refund for shipping charges it went well. Got the plant I wanted and it arrived safely and when expected.

Literally every time I have ordered a plant from The Sill, it has come with some sort of a pest infestation (gnats or spider mites). I've taken to preventatively quarantining the new purchase while the Neem oil I spray it with does its work. Otherwise, the quality of the plants are generally good, as is customer service.

I have been ordering from the Sillfor a while now. I've been very happy with the beautiful and healthy plants I've received. I've not had any problems related to other the plants or the shipping. I had a minor problem with aphis, but it came after the fact, and I don't attribute it to the health of the plant from the Sill. I like the variety of interesting and sometimes rare plants which are not easily available at my local nursery. I would highly recommend this resource, the plants come well packed. I've never experienced damage, there's a great selection of decorative pots and shipping is quick and painless. I've also taken several very valuable online free webinars they offer regarding different aspects of the plant care. Overall, a great site.

The item I purchased came nicely wrapped and was very fresh. The package was accidently left upside down by delivery service, but because of the packaging, everything was perfectly intact.

I am definitely going to purchase from here again.

I have found that The Sill has a wonderful variety of plants for beginners and experienced. The services they give in ordering and delivery is super. I have made many purchases from The Sill and it's my primary source for my plants due to the outstanding quality of their plants.

Ordered a plant for a family member as a gift and accidentally put in the wrong billing address. Was connected to a human right away and got everything resolved with little work! Have ordered from the sill before and am always impressed either their deliveries + now their customer service.

I purchased orchids and they were very beautiful. FEDEX was rough with the shipment and some of the orchids were damaged. The Sill took action and sent replacement orchids. FEDEX was rough with the replacements also. I am very happy with the product and service of the Sill.

I ordered as a housewarming gift for a young adult. She had plants that she purchased from chain stores that didn't survive. She thought she didn't have a green thumb, not realizing they were suffering before she even had a chance.

I have ordered 2 plants from The Sill. The first one: I received an email that it had been delivered -- the day before it actually was delivered. The second one: I received an email that it had been delivered, but it had not. I conveyed that to the Sill and I received a photo of the plant on a porch that is not mine. It had been delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, the owner of that house found me on social media to let me know that he had it. Due to these delivery problems, I am unlikely to buy plants from The Sill again.

I've never been able to keep houseplants alive before discovering the sill. Every plant I've purchased is thriving - I've propagated my monstera three times already!

The plants I've received are beautiful. They're well packaged to keep them beautiful. Especially the orchids which are pretty fragile.

I loved the fast shipping and delivery of my plant. It was great. It meant less time in a box and less stress on the plant, which gives it a higher chance or survival. Also, The plant looked healthy when I recieved it.

It has been fun getting plants every month. The Sill has taken great care to make sure they arrive alive, even in harsh winter. The selection of plants has been a little disappointing however.
