The olive tree took seven days to arrive so the poor thing was in a shock. It lost lots of leaves but seems to be recovering now.

A bit confusing as I got 2 email confirmations stating the flowers got their first and then another for the vase?
It was an orchid arrangement. I hope it didn't get there separately and my sister in law had to put it together? She is grieving the loss of her sister and I didn't want to call and ask about it.

My order was packaged so well in order to keep my plant safe, the delivery was quick and I also appreciated the small starter instructions that were included.

I got the olive tree because that sounded nice. When the plant arrived, it was in a planter (that I had to pay extra for) that was already too small for it. I had to repot it shortly after receiving it. I also would have appreciated if more info was prominently displayed about how much sun the plant needs. My house is not very sunny and I wish I had gotten a different plant now. I don't seem to have a window it is happy in front of. There wasn't specific plant care info included in the pack. I had hoped there would be a guide for my plant in particular but I had to go to the website. My olive tree is dying now and I don't know that I can save it. Feels like a waste of money.

I was leary about ordering a live plant online. To my surprise, my order arrived on time, and in great condition. The plant is beautiful and adjusting to its new home. It's made a lovely addition to our home. Thank you The Sill.

My order was to celebrate a very special event in my daughter's life. The plant arrived in an ordinary nursery container despite our paying for a nice planter and deluxe soil. Its appearance took all of the specialness out of the delivery and was a great disappointment to us all. She knew from how it looked that it was not supposed to arrive like that. We will not be ordering from you again as a result of the delivery.

I'm loving my two plants that I got from The Sill! My Parlor Palm looks fab in my kitchen window, and the String of Hearts is keeping me company in my home office. Both came in a timely fashion and were very well packed.

I sent my mom a plant as a gift of rebirth after she just beat breast cancer. The plant arrived with dead and broken leaves. I was offered a gift card at 20% of the value of what I paid. Since that didn't financially make sense, I just replaced the plant with the same thing. This plant was in even worse condition than the first. To receive two plants in such terrible condition is unacceptable and I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered plants and pots to go with them. The plants are happy and healthy. One pot was delivered intact, but the other was shattered. I emailed The Sill with pictures, and they didn't hesitate to send a new one. Everything was so fast and easy. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

We bought an olive tree plant two weeks ago and it was delivered with great care! We are hoping it grows and thrives, although it is still early days to say!

Love ordering from the sill but the payment method portion is confusing. I had to reorder my peace lilies for a friend whose dog was diagnosed with cancer because despite adding the correct shipping address when I added the order, the system auto overwrote the shipping address I added to my billing address. So i just found out this time sensitive order went to my address rather than where they are needed. I reordered just now but it was an expensive mistake.

Easy of shopping and the health of your plants keep me a loyal customer.

The Mr. Asked what to get the girl who has everything and I asked him to replaced the plants he threw away after I stopped caring for them when grad school started. I missed them terribly and now have a whole new bunch to over/underwater. Ordering was easy peasy and Fed Ex was remarkably good about delivering with care. Most of the plants arrived in good condition. We're nursing one (with high hopes!) and given the numerous of plants ordered I'm impressed. So far, very happy with our order.

The two plants that I have purchased from the sill are still alive, and the banana tree is almost as tall as me😎

So far this is the best online plant service I've used. Shipping CAN hurt pls take of course, but so far my Sill plants have arrived healthy and have stayed that way (except for the ones our cats ate.) (Pet safe should also include a warning as to whether pets might find a plant DELICIOUS.)
