The rotors are terribly bent. Don't even want to ride it honestly. Sounds terrible. Got the bike wanting to get into mtb but the rotors are bent so bad it's embarrassing to ride. Would love some replacement rotors. You guys really should put "Fragile" all over the boxes

The only thing I took off a star for was the Chat program doesn't have a send button. Sometimes Return means Send and sometimes it means Return, but really hard to tell what it's going to do.
I ordered a pair of 2023 Burton Step on bindings and were sent an older model. The decals on the box were ripped off to hide the fact they were older. The base plate of one of the bindings were broken but I was charged shipping for returning them.
I can't say enough good things about the shoes I got from The House. They are really comfy, and whether you wear them with jeans or a dress, they look fantastic. In the future, I would definitely consider purchasing these again!
