I needed a ski jacket for an upcoming trip and The House had an excellent deal on a high quality one. The website is easy to navigate and to check out. I immediately received an acknowledgement of my order and then within an hour a final confirmation. The jacket didn't ship immediately but customer support was excellent when I asked about it and quickly said via chat that it was located at a different warehouse so it was taking a couple days longer. I then got a tracking # and it arrived in just over a week. Have already bought from them again!
Great starter FRAMED Impact BMX bike for $69. We bought and donated two for 9 and 13 year old boys whose family lost everything from hurricane Ian in Fla. And needed help for Christmas. There was a delivery charge due to size and weight but they came quick and were well worth it.

Received wrong product. Spoke with Customer Rep, who was super polite and helpful, however, advice given, was to reorder and ship product back. I also confirmed and was assured, that my correct product was in stock. (Hmm. How about just resend my correct order?) Ok - did that. Second order turns up and THAT is also, incorrect! Now I have two orders - which I paid for - which are both wrong - and although a shipping label was provided for both - now I have to go to FedEx at no small inconvenience to myself, and wait for my refunds. First time,I was told, that the mishap was most likely due to the holiday period. (It wasn't, as I had ordered a couple of weeks before - and clearly, as it turns out - the issue is one of either technical or human, error as the issue happened twice. The second Rep I spoke with, offered to send out a third product, at no extra charge - but I had to politely decline, as I eventually found the product on Amazon for a lower price.

I like the selection of goods on this site. And the sales they have are actually sales. Go figure. I do with they had full selection of boards from the top producers. They sometimes just have what they think will sell. But not all the boards they make.
