This was a great first helmet to buy! I will say that is easily scratched even on your first day on the mountain. I was happy with it!

My order was processed and shipped quickly without any issues! Everything came as expected with accurate sizes!

I placed my original order and the size I ordered was too small. My fault... returned my order and received my replacement in less than a week. Very pleased!

Limited experience with the house, but the web interface was simple and effective. The Framed bike is awesome!

I had no problem ordering the skis online. They arrive within a few business days with free delivery. I was very happy I got exactly what I wanted and the hat fit. The sweetest part of the whole deal was the free hat that I still wear almost every day.

Solid gear at a reasonable price. Fast delivery, undamaged. I plan to take advantage of some more of these end of season prices.

Ive ridden 5 times with the EGX, so far they are amazing. Have not had them go foggy on me, the black lense is perfect for when the sun comes out, although its rare on the east, and the green lense works great during low light/ overcast/ snowy days. 10/10 especially for the lower price point. Thanks Electric for the outstanding product.

The item (snowboard boots) arrived in perfect condition, size was correct, and fits great! The price was hard to beat!

7 days for an exchange refund. Had to return an item $170; new item was $165.95. Takes them 7 days to return the original $170 but takes the new $165.95 out of your account immediately. Need to upgrade your point of sale. Won't shop there again. Plus Customer service gal was rude.

I have never been treated worse for a company's own mistake. I ordered a snowboard "overnight" and paid the $60 extra but received the board 5 days later, not in time! Then was told it was delivered and no refund on shipping? I had to escalate the phone call just to eventually get the shipping refunded. What a waste of time and I feel so disrespected by rude, rude, rude, customer service rep. BEWARE!

I got my snowboards, jackets, snow pants, and much more, great brands like burton for a great price.
