Bought a pair of ski boots (Great Deal) the first pair was to small, they exchanged them with no problem. My next pair arrived an they fit great.

Great selection, easy-to-navigate website, timely receipt of order, however, the jacket I ordered was too large for my daughter. There was no return insert in the initial packaging and I had to print and fill out form (okay, not so hard) but they do not pay for the return/exchange postage.

Loved the price, cheapest I found from or on any other site that I checked out or into and shipping was super fast, so far I'm completely satisfied with y'alls service and prices and will continue order from you guys!

I live in the rugged mountains of southern Oregon and I m an avid hiker. I hike in the snow and needed warm waterproof pants for snow hiking. These fit perfectly, color is lovely, they work! Pockets nice and deep to carry my phone, keys, whistle and pistol. Highly recommend! The sale price was a determining factor too.

Product and shipment was fine, though the T-shirts all fit differently even though they were all size S. During the ordering stage my order was cancelled until I called in and they could verify my caller ID. This is good for security against credit card fraud I guess, but a bit of a hassle compared to buying someplace like amazon for example. Also wish there was more selection for bags, carrying cases, and wakeskate shoes.

I bought Nemo Tensor sleeping pad and this store had it for a steal of a price. What amazed me was the super fast delivery. I would highly recommend this shop

I received a box with the youth size scratched off and it is still a youth size watch in the box. Very dissapointing. Usually great service and have been very happy

I havent try my skis yet so I cannot rate the quality yet however they look amazing and surprisingly the delivery was very fast.

I received my order within a decent amount of time. The package arrived on time as promised along with goodies such as stickers and a magazine for future shopping which is greatly appreciated!
Only issue I had was the picture online didnt match what i received. But when I looked at the item description I received what I got. So the picture was a bit misleading. But I liked the item over all.

I love my new laptop bag. I was finally able to find something that meets my style and not boring black or grey. I wish it had a little more padding at the bottom of the bag and back of it to really support and protect my laptop. Overall, the bag is perfect.
