Received bike quickly. Not your guys fault, box came damaged, squished with hole in it. Bottom of forks scraped. Postal stamps on it: Received in Damaged Condition in a few places.

Wrong size bike came in first, but The House quickly made it right. Brenna in customer service was very helpful. They should make it clear that some brands of bike require assembly by an approved bike shop to keep the warranty. That was no big deal to me, it is a good idea to start out with proper assembly anyway.
