Purchased the software to try and access my files on my iPhone 11. There was no software. Ultimately I had to restore my phone with iTunes.
This company has not honored its guaranteed refund policy. They prey on individuals that are trying to find a solution. They are frauds.

I paid $32 for their program to exit recovery mode for my iPhone. The program did not work for my issue at all and left me having to delete my iPhone. I have been requesting a refund for 10 days now and Natalia from their terrible customer service department emailed me back saying she can give me 50% of refund. This is unacceptable and honestly feel robbed by these people. A real company wouldn't act this way. They have the logs and see that their program didn't work for me but they are still holding my money. Terrible customer service and untrustworthy company.

This program does not work on APPLE products as advertised. Company contact form set up to not accept your request for refund. This company searches your personal files for banking PW after downloading. Then accesses CC to begin submitting charges. This program is a financial hack set up. DONT BUY
Claims to repair any Android devices. Does absolutely nothing for Motorola phones. Tried getting a refund and PayPal just conspires with the scam artists and denies claims. Ended up disputing with the credit card company to get a refund. Don't fall for their lies and deceit!
Tenorshare cheat people money, I only subscribe for 1 day and cannot use. They refuse to give full 100 percent refund and only give 70 percent refund. The software cannot use, do not buy anything from them. They are dishonest
Buy from Wondershare is better.
I tried several phones, mostly Galaxy models, and had no luck. I am fairly adept at following direction and navigating my pc. This was a total waste of my time and $50. They refunded my purchase, but the days spent wasting time I cannot get back. And I still havephones to unlock!
My iphone was doing an "endless loop" I purchased their software which claims to resolve this. It did not. I ended up having to ship device back to Apple. I requested a refund they state if it's hardware they will not provide a refund, if it's software provide proof from Apple and they will refund. I am providing them a report from Apple once I receive it and will update this review and rating dependant on how Tenorshare proceeds.

I followed all instructions and nothing worked.
I did not realize there were auto payments (they don't make this very clear) renewed and another payment came out a month later so I cancelled the same day
Tenorsbares "company protocol" is against a refund! Even after a polite request that I had no idea it was auto PayPal. What company does this I do not know until now
Product didn't work and I paid for two months!
