I chose to order from their site because of their refund policy in the event that the software does not work. After working with support to resolve the issue, support told me that the software would not work on my device at which point I requested a refund.
- The first response said I could get a replacement product. I declined and asked for a refund instead.
- The second response said I could get a 50% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund.
- The third response said I could get a 70% refund and it was my "last chance to deal with this amicably" and to at which point I was forced to deal with them through my credit card company.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Had a least a 1/2 dozen e-mail interactions from the so called "Tech Rep" without being able to use the product. One question that was never answered."where is the backup stored?. The Cloud, the phone, my PC".

Ok Violet... You Win... I've found a free Backup/Restore technique on my Galaxy S9 Smart phone that is 110% easier to use than your's. Guess I'll have to eat the $52 that I paid for it since you do NOT offer a refund for "Dissatisfaction of Product". I'm not going to go without posting a very negative review on an appropriate website. I'm not sure where you are located but I'm guessing either China or India which is the HOME of SCAMMERS and you definitely come under that Heading. GOODBYE!

You can't cancel the auto renewal by yourself, you'll have to email them in order to to cancel it and even if you email them they'll say that they've canceled it they will charge you again!

Found a Ipod Touch 7gen that was locked to a online user account, so i googled how to do this and this was the first output when researched unlocking, after reviewing i purchased 100.00 worth of software to unlock a 200 ipod, so not a bad deal, told it was my bad because the unit was running IOS 14. 4. 2 and they do not have the legal jailbreak for it, and send one in the package that is clearly not the latest version, so i purchased the software and less then 24 hrs, i requested a submission of refund, they 100% refused and fully blamed the incorrect purchase on me, and not the fact of it would not work with this specific ipod because of this companies inabilities... STAY AWAY **************%

Software did not work for me and they refused to refund the purchase because "According to the refund policy, you'll be entitled to a full refund if there's a technical issue with the software that we can't provide solutions within 30 days. https://www.tenorshare.com/company/refund-policy.html
While we understand there's no technical issue with your case so usually it's hard to refund." How is the software not working, not technical? No not buy this software.

I wasted money buying their service to unlock my phone after I forgot my original Google account, and it DID NOT WORK. When I complained, they offered to stop auto billing and to refund only 30% of the price. These are not honest people--and they sound like they are from India, and their so-called support is only a way of deflecting the police from their door by 'appearing' to respond to customer complaints.

I am going to lodge and official complaint with the police internet fraud squad to track down these thieves.

A Little Deceiving

Tenorshare has a few programs out there that supposedly unlock your iPhones, iPads, etc... Like getting past an unknown or forgotten password, or an activation lock but if you don't research deep into each type of software you could be left scratching your head when you try to do what you wish with it.
I found this out while trying two of their software programs, the 4uKey - iPhone Passcode Unlocker and the 4MeKey - iPhone Activation Unlocker. Neither one of them worked on any of the 11 Apple products I have because they do not exactly do what they say without some factors that make no sense. One being you need to be able to provide the IMEI and the EMID which are only available to see if you are actually in an activated device otherwise you cannot see anything. So to say that it will unlock and activation lock is what makes no sense because you would not be activation locked if you were activated and could see these things to apply them to the software.
The one great thing about them though is that you get no argument when you want a refund of your money and it is done automatically, no questions asked. Good thing because I would have many questions of my own not answers.

Misleading

This is very misleading. They offer no real service that iTunes and Apple do not already provide for free. Once you pay they will never refund you. Don't trust them. I did as a last resort and list my money. Their agent Zara is the worst. See your self below.

Dishonest & deceitful company. Their product doesn't do what they claim, and once they have your money, you may as well kiss it goodbye even though they advertised "money-back guarantee". Horrible customer service. Same canned responses with lots of false promises, and they try to lure you into trying their other garbage products. Don't do it. Stay away.

The positive reviews are likely bots. There clever marketing made me believe there product could unlock my phone. I broke the screen on my Samsung but it still worked. I just wanted the data off of it but I later found out these apps or products cannot do that. The way they marketed their product made me believe it was possible, even after researching into different possibilities and there product. Also they automatically signed me up for reoccurring payment. Just realized I was charged for 2 extra months.

Don't waste your time

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I paid for the removal service after an abusive relationship... I used my last money to then find out that you can even allow the phone battery to die or even turn the phone on and off again with out it being relocked
So unless I carry my laptop with me 24/7 or continue to pay your service until I die I can't use my phone

I contacted customer service who just palmed me off
Wouldn't give me a refund
Just said that they can offer a longer subscription so I keep paying

And then they stopped replying all together!
Should be ashamed

I will be making this review on all platforms

Purchased the Tenorshare software to recover android data for $41.83 on 2/7/21 and it did not work at all. I then downloaded free software right after that recovered my data and attempted to return the Tenorshare software the next day, 2/8/21 and was denied because I had downloaded another product. The only reason I tried Tenorshare to begin with was due to the "30 day money back guarantee" claim on their website. Don't waste your time or money.

Buyer beware

I researched and spent money because the vendor advertised that their product can recover data off a phone with a broken screen. It couldn't. When I requested a refund less than 1 hour after my transaction, I received this very unhelpful response:
Dear customer,
Good day! It's my pleasure to serve you today.
Sorry to say this problem can't be fixed by using the software. The hardware issue can' t not be fixed by any software. Our software is only aimed to fix the software problem. Our refund policy does not cover this case, that means the hardware problem is not within the refund range. Usually, we can't refund the product without a problem because an unconditional refund is unreasonable.
For the case may I know if you are interested in other products on our website? We can exchange any product you may interest in, and you don't need to pay any price difference. What is more, we can help you cancel the auto-subscription, do you need to cancel it?

I don't think it's unreasonable to request a refund when your product fails to live up to your advertising. I'm out $40 and still have to buy a new screen. The implication that it will be difficult to cancel my auto renewal without assistance is concerning. Waste of time and money. I'm sure this won't be posted on the vendor website as they are obviously filtered to show only positive reviews.

Dont Purchase!

I purposefully deleted things to see if the software worked and it did not. The site says 24/7/365 support, but once you need it, it says you will get a reply back in 24-48 hrs through email, Mon-Fri. However, the software did recover photos from 2yrs ago, but that's it, nothing else.

A cleverly organized scam

Beware of the Phone unlock products, as they cleverly disguise the fact that the phones need to be absolutely wiped in order to unlock, a process that is already completely free and well documented on Apple and Android websites. When confronted with this information and the lack of mention on their website their customer service misdirects to guides that not only fail post a Disclaimer or Advisory that you will lose your data, but cleverly skip over the actual step where you are prompted that this will wipe your data.

By time you see an actual notice confirming this will in fact happen, you've already gave them you're $ and are enrolled in an annual subscription that you'll likely forget to cancel.

When asking for a refund, they have obvious prepared responses haggling for a 30% refund, and then negotiating up to a 50% refund. As if you made a purchase from a peddler on the street for a bootleg DVD.

Stay clear and don't waste your time.
