They sent me the Windows version instead of the Mac version I had purchased and then said they would fix it only if I gave them a five star review on trustpilot.com. They are crooks.
It's a scam! I made the mistake of downloading a trial program, opened it, and it asked for another one. Like an idiot, I bought the perpetual version without trying it, opened it, and it asked for yet another program.
None of the programs worked, and now they won't let you contact them. Their website says "24/7 support." I've been trying to get in touch for 20 days. Their website only let me contact them once, and now they won't let you reach them.
They're thieves! Run away from these scammers!
I really feel more secure with this program, because I won't lose my favorite photos and everything I keep on my iPhone. Everything is backed up.

I purchased a license for data recovery software and Tenorshare fraudulently took my debit card information and used it without my authorization, some 4 days later, faking I bought a second license for another of their products.
Criminal.
I mistakenly purchased Partition Manager. I wanna purchase data recovery now support is not responding to me to refund. I messaged for a refund, and they are asking me for a review, such a non-professional behaviour.
I bought a so-called "lifetime" license, installed the product on my computer and registered it. Unfortunately, my computer broke, and I had to replace it with a new machine, Before moving to the new machine I had uninstalled the software from the old one.
Then, after installation on the new machine I tried to register again. No luck, Message "license count has exceeded". I contacted customer support, but they kept telling me the same standard text over and over again:
"Please note that the license you purchased only allows you to register and log in on one computer and 5 devices.".
So lifetime for Tenorshare means lifetime of the hardware on which you installed the product, not lifetime of the software you buy from them.
They even wrote: "Would you mind giving us a 5-star review of our service in here and give us a screenshot?And we will generate a registration code without any charge for you.".
I have no words...
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tenorshare. They advertised their service as free for one week, yet they still charged my account €52 without any warning. When I requested a refund—especially since I never even used the product—their customer support was painfully slow and unhelpful. Their response time was terrible, and it felt like they were intentionally avoiding giving me a clear answer. Overall, the company's service and support are unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend using Tenorshare.
Tenorshare failed completely.
Their software could NOT fix my iPhone issue and could NOT restore my iTunes backup. I solved everything for free using another tool, which proves their product does not work as advertised.
The support experience was even worse. They kept changing their story about my refund:
First they said they could refund me without contacting my bank.
Then they suddenly asked me to cancel the chargeback.
Now they claim they "cannot refund" because of the chargeback — even though they previously told me the opposite, and they know very well that once you cancel a chargeback, you lose protection and cannot reopen it.
This is clear manipulation.

I purchased this software to fix my iPhone 12 black screen issue and transfer my iTunes backup to a new iPhone 13. Despite the software recognizing the devices, it completely failed to deliver on both promises.
The black screen issue, which is even demonstrated as solvable on their YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5flTMpmQE5A), remained unresolved. Additionally, transferring my iTunes backup to my new phone was impossible with their software.
I provided all the necessary photos using their tool as proof, yet their solution was entirely ineffective. If additional reports were needed, there was no clear guidance, nor did they offer any useful assistance. My system has ample storage with hundreds of GBs, so hardware limitations weren't the issue—their software simply doesn't work.
In the end, I resolved my issue for free using AnyTrans, which was straightforward and reliable. This experience was an absolute waste of time and money. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue by leaving negative reviews across platforms and reporting the charge to my bank and Visa card company as fraudulent since the product was non-functional.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this software—it is nothing but false advertising and frustration.
For over the past year, the software has not worked with location resetting quickly after the iOS checks and resets. The workaround was to turn on airplane mode which helps but still eventually has the location reset. Obviously, having a phone in airplane mode itself also is a severe limitation. To make things worse, the developers has now locked my account saying I purchased a Mac desktop version when I don't have a Mac desktop and have been using the lifetime version with my iPhone for years. Note: I have had multiple versions in trying to get the software to work but this is the last straw and insult time get me to leave a poor review for a quirky software that once worked well but hasn't been satisfactory in years now.
I had a very disappointing experience with Tenorshare. Their so-called money-back guarantee is completely misleading — once they take your money, they'll do everything to avoid issuing a refund, even if their product doesn't work as promised.
I specifically tried their WhatsApp transfer software, and it turned out to be completely fake. It failed to perform the basic functions it advertised, and when I reached out for support, they kept delaying with generic responses instead of solving the issue.
After canceling my subscription, I had to demand confirmation multiple times to ensure I wouldn't be charged again. If you value your time and money, stay away from Tenorshare. There are far more reliable alternatives out there.
Upgrading devices over the years counts against your lifetime limit on devices. So much for paying for a lifetime. Absolute hot garbage. The fact that they told me that I had to give them a 5-star review to unlock the software I PAID for? Terrible. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your genitals for all time.
Hi there, I'm not sure weather is my misunderstanding or not regarding your product. What I know is that you gave me Lifetime Software, but today I'm surprise saying to me or is expired. I purchased your Software and didn't work for me when I ask refund you told me about this Lifetime Software because you didn't want to refund me.
This Program is a Fraud & Scam do not buy it. It just does not work Period. I burned to disc as per instructions and put disc to activate the dead Computer nothing happened. When I opened up this program on this computer I am using now, I found all the files are blank.
No wonder it wouldn't boot my other Computer. After 3 days I asked for a Refund which was refused on the grounds that it was my fault and that I didn't use it correctly. Not worth going thru all the drama of sending compressed jpeg files of what is not happening as it's all ignored and my fault. In the end I gave up. I didn't get my refund but I found another Program which booted my dead Computer from another Company.
I bought it, but they didn't send me license key for the program, it is SCAM! Don't buy it! They are scammers!
Tenorshare Promises Refunds But Refuses to Honor Them – Very Disappointed I purchased Tenorshare ReiBoot on June 20,2025, after seeing their advertisement that clearly promises a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. My iPad had a black screen and I trusted ReiBoot to help fix it. The software claimed the repair was "successful," but my iPad remained completely black and unresponsive. When I contacted support, I was told I had to go get a third-party hardware test to prove the device was not physically broken — a requirement never mentioned before purchase. I do not understand: If I had the technical means and time to go to Apple to get hardware diagnostics, why would I need to buy ReiBoot in the first place? After multiple emails, Tenorshare still refuses to refund, even though: Their product failed to fix my device Their website and emails suggest "refunds are available if the software fails" They never made this "hardware report" condition clear until after I paid Instead, they offered a "lifetime license" for a product that does not work. And they want me to choose another Tenorshare product — when I have already lost trust in the company. This is misleading, dishonest, and borderline deceptive. I will be reporting this case to my bank, and sharing this experience on every possible platform to warn others. Be very careful when trusting companies that make refund promises without clear and fair conditions. I regret using Tenorshare and I do not recommend them.
My experience with Tenorshare's ReiBoot was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I downloaded the trial version of ReiBoot and following the onscreen instructions, put my phone into Recovery Mode. I then went to take it out of recovery mode and soon discovered that feature not supported in the Trial version. My phone was now completely unusable, and I was then forced to pay for the full version just to try to undo the damage the trial had caused. After paying the $50 monthly fee, the software still didn't work. I followed all instructions carefully, documented everything, and contacted their support team multiple times with clear evidence that the problem was with the software—not my device. Despite this, Tenorshare refused to issue a refund. Their support responses were slow, generic, and failed to address anything I actually explained. They told me it was a hardware fault and so therefore according to their T&Cs (which did NOT mention this) they didn't have to refund me. Out of frustration, I took my iPhone to Apple, and they resolved the issue instantly, confirming there was nothing wrong with my phone itself—just the effects of faulty third-party software. Knowing this, Tenorshare offered me a measly 15% refund. Tenorshare's ReiBoot not only failed to help but actively made things worse. Their refund policy is essentially nonexistent, and their support team is unhelpful at best. I strongly recommend avoiding Tenorshare and ReiBoot entirely. A complete waste of money and time.
I had a terrible experience with Tenorshare and strongly advise others to avoid their services. On March 13,2025, I made a one-time purchase for $21.56 to fix my phone, but Tenorshare charged me an additional $160.15 for an auto-renewal subscription I didn't authorize. I couldn't log in to cancel the subscription because their system said my email (my only email) wasn't registered, despite being used for the purchase. I contacted their support team multiple times (Ticket #*******) starting May 21,2025, requesting a refund, but they refused, citing their policy and a supposed "credit card reminder mail" I never received.
Their customer service is nonexistent—no phone support just an email (*******@tenorshare.com). They sent a registration code that didn't work and offered a lifetime license instead of a refund, which is useless since I can't access the product. Their claim of a "zero-dollar purchase event" was never communicated to me, and they've provided no evidence of any reminder emails. This feels like deceptive billing and a scam to trap users into unwanted subscriptions. I'm now pursuing a chargeback and reporting to the BBB and FTC. Save your money and steer clear of Tenorshare!
I purchased two products in two days - crashed pc fix gives cracked software error. No-one is replying to my ticket..
This company is a SCAM operation. I've spent over an hour attempting to cancel a free trial signed up for. Not only does the software application NOT work as advertised, but there is NO customer service email or other contact where you can email requesting to cancel. Their website provides "Instructions" for cancelling and takes you to a VERY long web form that requires you to enter detailed information about your computer, windows version, etc that is totally unnecessary for cancellation. Furthermore, after you've spent a great deal of time carefully filling out this form (which also doesn't allow you to copy and paste data from the previous times you've filled out the form), you will get a Verification Error when you attempt to type in the letters in the captcha type box at the bottom. This requires you to start completely over, but since you can never submit the form - it still won't cancel. I took photographs and video of all of this so that I could file complaints and also file a chargeback with my bank. They haven't charged me yet since I'm not due to be charged for a couple more days, but since they make it impossible for a consumer to cancel their free trial - I will inevitably be charged and will now be forced to waste more of my time doing the chargeback process with my bank. This company should be ashamed of themselves because not everyone has the time or aptitude to go through the necessary steps to file a chargeback when they are unable to cancel their free trial for tenorshare's crappy app that doesn't even work to start with. SHAME on tenorshare... a morally corrupt company that takes advantage of consumers.
