Product doesn't work. I tried 3 times and all I got was 3 different write protected locked drives. Oh and yep you guessed it they want to sell me something to fix it. Why would I want another thing from them if their product doesn't work. Also good luck at getting your money back. It'll be a fight. They will also offer you free programs that they sell. Again why would I want that

When I was repairing my phone, I had some software problems, and I wrote to ask for help. The customer service responded quickly to me and provided favorable services.

The app put the iphone in recovery mode in trial, but asked to purchase the subscription to get out of it.

This what I searched when my phone got stuck on activation screen. The records at position 3 & 4 are from tenorshare site. I read both articles, and downloaded the software ReiBoot trial. It didn't solve the problem and now I am getting canned messages from their support after requesting refund.

I purchased Tenorshare's software to try and recover a black screen on my iPhoneX. Their website had a 30-day money-back guarantee. The fix did not work and when I attempted to get my money back they said no. Buyer beware!

Software Helps very much to recover the important files. You don't have to factory default your phone before trying this application. Really surprised why apple itself did not introducee a facility like this.

I purchased their software to let me hard reset a LG V60 phone because after looking across the web for instructions, the one's I found didn't work and figured this "software" would just go ahead and do it.

Instead the software literally gave me the same step by step that was available for free on the web. When I reached out to the company for advice I was told "sorry this newer advice has new security standards that we cannot reset". Ok fine I guess. So I figured since the software was unable to do anything I'd go ahead and request my refund via their 30 day moneyback guarantee. This is where the joke of a company started. First it was, no refund but I could have another one of their software's for free. I told them I had no interest, then it was 30% refund and I could keep the current software (remember the one that does nothing other that tell you what's available for free on any Google search), No thanks. Then it was 80% refund that I should accept in good will, oh and they'd be nice enough not to re-bill me next year (for their software that doesn't do anything/even work. And I bought the lifetime license for...). The software is a joke, the money back guarantee is a joke. Just google the steps to do whatever you need (hard reset/unlock/etc) and use those, because that's all their "software" will do for you.

I downloaded it to transfer my data from ios to android, only whatsapp. I followed the instructions as it says in the guide and it didn't work.
I tried FAQ and look over internet for a solution, but i couldn't find the backup that the sw should had created.
I contacted the support because it says that in case it doesn't work you can have a refund, but they just keep answering me that I should try as it says in the guide (the same guide I followed).

The software I purchased simply did not work, and, what I bought was advertised as a way to gain access to your phone without doing a factory reset. Basically, the instructions were exactly what come free on your phone. I told tenershare my concerned. First offer was a refund of 30%. I managed to get them to refund 50% of my purchase price, and that ain't 100% now is it. DONT BE FOOLED, THERE PRODUCTS ARE CRAP!

Don't waste your money on this. Look for something else. This will NOT work for you! Waste of time & money

Software didn't work for me and I unsubscribed within few hours after purchase. Now this company refuses to refund me 100%. Money back guarantee after 30 days is false! They will only provide up to 50% refund and force you into buying another product. Such a waste! Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Look elsewhere for a solution! The company's claims of FREE DOWNLOAD and 30 MONEY BACK are nothing more than hype. The free download is worthless and the refund policy carries a mountain of stipulations as to be meaningless. In my case their "solution" was to purchase TWO of their products instead one. Not a chance.

I was able to transfer my whatsapp messages in my iphone to a new android phone. I ran into some issue while restoring the backup, and their support team succesfully helped me resolve the issue.

Scam company. The software does not work and when you ask for a refund that is promised to you when signing up they will not give it. Make sure you CANCEL your subscription as they will keep taking monthly payments from you. They are extremely difficult to communicate with. All round a horrible experience. AVOID THIS SOFTWARE AND COMPANY. They deserve zero stars.

I bought tenorshare windows boot genius. The email I got had a link for the free version. I opened a ticket reporting that only to receive next day an email to download from the same link. I wrote right away that I had tried this link, no answer until next day. Then I decided to format my HD and ask for reimbursement (I did not use their activation code). Now they do not want to reimburse me. It is been days. Lessons:

1. DO NOT trust their 30 days money back guarantee;

2. Their user support sucks big time;

3. Their software did not work, they were unable to provide a full version for days.

Very disappointed with this company. They steal my money in a sneaking way. I subscribed last year only for one year. However, without letting me know, they set my subscription to be renewed each year by automation payment. This year, I suddenly found my bank account had been charged automatically for another year subscription which I did not instruct and do at all. I contacted them, and they refused to refund. Their explanation was: my subscription was in automatic renew status, and I did not contact them to cancel in advance. So ridiculous: I did not know they secretly set my subscription in the automatic renew status, how could I have the idea to cancel in advance? In addition, when I subscribed last year, it was very clear to show that the product was only for one-year plan. This company is a cheater and stealer!

Said was free then after download it charged me $53. I thought no problem they got money back guarantee nope it's only if have technical issue. My technical issue is they charged for what they said was free. TRAP avoid do not download. You can take $#*! in box slap guarantee on it what do you have guaranteed piece of $#*! exactly how I feel GIVE ME My refund

I used this product for less then a day because even though I bought the right version it did not work on my laptop. I asked for a refund the same day I used it and they asked me to do a few things which I did already and no solution. In the end, they refused a refund even though all over their website it states a 30-day money back policy.

Awful customer service and will never buy another product from them in the future.
