This company does not refund! AGAIN! They DO NOT give a refund when their product does not work! They will offer you a discount to a new product instead. Why would I do that if I am not satisfied in the first place?

Don't waste your money

I spent $58 and signed up to use tenoshare software to help me as I locked myself out of my phone. Long story short tenoshare did not work for my situation. I contacted them straight away and requested a refund and cancelled so it would not auto bill me next month. 4 emails from me later across 26 days as they did not reply to the first 3, they said that they would only offer me a 30% refund because their software had no bugs? On the website it states 100% refund guarantee. 30 day money back guarantee. This is a lie if they are offering me 30%. Their stuff may work for you but the info they were giving out and charging $58 for I had found on the net for free. Honestly I wouldn't waste money with this company.

Reiboot seemed to be the answer to my issue. My iPhone XS just suddenly (unprovoked) went into a boot loop on New Years Eve. The program helped me get it into and out of recovery mode, but it never solved the problem. Repeated attempts in both standard and deep repair modes failed every time. I hope that it works for others, but for my specific problem, it is a worthless investment. My advice: if your iPhone XS is stuck in a boot loop and wont get beyond the apple screen in addition to the fact that you have talked to Apple Support and taken the phone into a repair specialist for expert advise, save yourself the time, money, and efforts of dealing with this company. The software doesn't work and the customer support will respond to you, but will just lead you down a looped path as well. I am stuck in an eternal technology loop.

This software DOES NOT do what it says. When removing frp lock it adds a pattern lock then restart the phone... THEN IT ASKS FOR THE SAME $#*!ING INFO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED. If i could give it zero stars i would and i want my $#*!ing money back you can keep your USELESS $#*! SOFTWARE!

As other users state - the Tenorshare, ULTDATA, DIGITAL RIVER product absolutely does not work for IPhone. Digital River should be ashamed stealing from customers. I paid $50 for this worthless product, never knew Tenorshare would not honor their SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. So Tenorshare just steals and lies - guess this stealing and lying is how they made $4.4 Million dollars this year. Unbelievable, if I stole $50 form someone on the street, i would be in prison - much less stealing $4.4 million but I guess this is OK - its a corporation, so they can rob people without consequence. So angry and their customer service is a bunch of punk, jerks. DO NOT BUY FROM TENORSHARE, Digital River - their ULTDATA product is complete and total worthless, crap.

Buyer Beware!
I give them 1 star only because they at least responded to a support request. However, if your product does not work as described, they will not provide a refund as they indicate on the ordering screen. They will instead send you a "response" from "Alice" offering a "wonderful" deal to get 30% back and let you get another software package. In general, be aware of these folks as they are clearly not honest.

Do not buy!

When purchasing their software, you are automatically enrolled in their annual subscription. You will be charged again a year later. They count on you not de-enrolling. Once charged, you might get 50% of your money back if you fight with them. Literally sent them a message less than 3hrs after I got charged. Literally thieves. They do not care about a happy customer or the fact that they are charging your for something you are not using.

Find another software vendor and stay away!

BUYER BEWARE- Or BETTER WARNED: DO NOT BUY: When you purchase their program it AUTOMATICALLY enrolls you into their MONTHLY subscription of like $43--where it will charge your account $43 every month and getting out is a MASSIVE MESS.

The program did not work properly and the customer service is ridiculous.

I had to fight tooth and nail (gently and nicely of course) for Tenorshare to return my money. Perhaps it was sending them a two hundredth email that worked?

I went as far as to change my bank account number because that's how unconfident I am with their business. I honestly felt cheated and taken advantage of. I would not have written this review because I do not want to bash anyone's business, but this is very bad business Tenorshare. This is business made off of cheating the customer and that's very dirty. You should sell cute trinkets or something from China and let people buy that and then send them their item because THAT would be fair business.

It's a scam
December 8, 2020

I bought this software to unlock the password of my dayghters samsung tablet, who forgot the password.

The only thing this software does is to do a hard reset to the tablet, erasing all the data. For that I don need to

Pay 40€ for tenorshare I only need to read the tablet instructions.

I wrote to the customer service, but they didnt even care to answer.

Scammers, who make out the renewal of the subscription without your knowledge, claim that they send a letter 3 days before the renewal of the annual subscription. Lies, they just quietly write off your money. I strongly advise you not!

I WOULD say 90% of these comments are paid employees of Tenorshare, wouldn't surprise me as they are absolute criminals. This software didn't work on my Samsung S8 because it simply bypasses the google block to youtube, and guess what, if youtube isn't updated, well then you have to sign into guess what... right... GOOGLE.

So there was 0% of a way I could use this program after I bought it. Luckily, I remembered it had a MONEY BACK GARUANTEE, which believe me, is complete false advertising. After a week of explaining the situation to a tenorshare drone, I was told the best they could do was give me "30% of my money back." LOL. AND they said they can "stop the recurring payments," which is insane that they would assume I would want to continue to be charged for a defective product after all this! AMAZINGLY BAD. Save yourself the headache and run hard from these people.

P. S - I attached a picture of the conversation about my refund, where the greed monger actually says "My good will," after offering me back 30% of my money and the GENEROUS offer of canceling the recurring payments! That's right, they are gonna try to charge me again next month unless I take their terrible deal! It's basically extortion.

Purchased the Tenorshare ReiBoot for Android. The programme does absolutely nothing... it is presented as being able to repair your android device. All it actually does is present you short commands that you can already find on the internet... like how to enter or exit download mode. I have contacted their customer service for a refund, and they mocked me with their answers - like I talked to the manager, we will for free cancel your subscription ( really? My subscription was already canceled from the moment their product didn't work), they talked to me pretty much like I was some dumb person... they would do anything not to solve your issue, no matter what your argument are. You say it is not working, they say they will offer you another awesome program for free. What should I do with another not working programme that I don't need? In the end, after "talking to the manager" ( I found this hilarious) they so generously offered me half ot the price I paid back... Yeah. Issued the case with paypal ( the smart thing to do, paying through a third party) and they agreed with me. Got a full refund and not buying anything from them ever again.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Basically, product (key4u to unlock iphone) won't work unless you pay a hefty fee over £20, but it does work. What you don't realise is that you are buying a monthly subcription via credit card, which is the only way to get rid off may be to cancel my credit card. First attempt to cancel online said I could not cancel the subscription but I could contact customer via this form for which the link doesn't work, or email this mysterious email address, which I have just done, but do not expect much result. In any case, they have ripped me off 10 or 11 monthly subscriptions so far. AVOID AT ALL COST. YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF. ZERO STAR IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE.

I purchased UltData. I immediately tried it and it did not work. I contacted them within 10 minutes and told them the situation and asked for my money back. They refused. They knew there was a problem and did not even make an attempt to resolved it. Then tried to sale me another product that probably would not work instead of just giving me my money back. There refund policy states:
Circumstances eligible for refund:
1. Duplicate purchase.
2. Mistaken order followed by ordering a correct product from Tenorshare.
3. Fatal technical issues with the software that could not be resolved within 30 days.

The rep informed me: "May I know your iOS version please? If its iOS 13 or later, then it might be difficult to recover deleted texts messages indeed due to technical barrier. For now, there is no third-party software could recover deleted messages for now. Our colleagues are working on that, but it still needs some time. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused."

So they know their software does not work but yet refused to give me my money back.

They add a subtle line under their products during purchase that says "Autorenewal" which is not highlighted. They use that to charge the customers for their product without proper email notification.
Nice way to cheat and make money for dumb products
