Horrendous customer service.
I purchased the whatsapp transfer tool as I required it for my mother's phone new phone - she was going from iPhone to Android. The software kept crashing and getting stuck, it did not work after 3 days of trying. I tried different cables, another macbook etc but to no avail. I sent customer service the logs requested and they offered me a 30% refund. I then rejected and said I would like a full refund as their software has not done the job, they then offered me a 60% refund. I then rejected once again and they offered me a 80% refund. I find this behaviour and refusal of a full refund unprofessional and unacceptable and have reached the end of my tether.

You won't get refund if it doesn't work!

It was an urgent case, I read a lot positive reviews and because the refund system they provide. I purchased and downloaded the life time 4ukey Mac version.
But… in the next 2hrs, I kept trying all the methods, the software didn't work. It just showed how to turn your phone to the connect computer mood, and showed it would recognized and downloaded the extra package for your phone automatically. But this automatically download next step never happened!

In my profile it shows connected 0 device.

At last I used another software and solved my problem.

Within the same night, I filled in the refund form on their website. And the following days, they have different name customer service response.

First they suggested me several methods to solve. And they mentioned if all the methods doesn't work it might be hardware problem.

Then they started to negotiate give me 30% refund and have another product as replacement.

Then they said they give me 50% refund and other product replacement…

They just can not give full refund back as they promised on website!

The process made me frustrated! I am not disappointed to the software but also Tenorshare!
I don't trust this company anymore.
I won't purchase any product in the future.
And I would like the share my experience to let other customers beware!

I do not recommend anyone purchase TenorShare products. This company is a total Scam! About a year ago I accidentally permanently deleted a number of documents and folders from my laptop hard drive and needed to recover them. After searching for, and reviewing, a large list of products on the market I decided to purchase TenorShare. The product was suboptimal and was only able to recover a few files, unfortunately none of the ones I really needed. When I purchased the product it stated "Satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund would be provided". As the product didn't work I requested a full refund. However, the company refused to provide a refund. It was only after raising a complaint with my Credit Card provider that a refund was forthcoming. Next thing I know they charged a subscription fee which I also hadn't signed up. Again they refused to refund until I raised a complaint with my Credit Card provider. This company is a total SCAM and although it appears they are based in the Netherlands they are actually Chinese. WARNING: Do not purchase any products from TenorShare.

I have an iPhone XR that shows nothing on screen but can be seen by my computer when put in DFU mode, so I contacted the Tensorshare Support Team about using ReiBoot on Windows to solve this issue. Their Customer Support Team was quick to answer back and provided helpful advice as I was reminded of a few limitations of the device, hardware details that could cause my issue, and that I will lose my data (which is easy to forget) when using ReiBoot in Deep Repair. The parameters of the application were explained with care and I was told to reach out again if I had any issues during or after I utilized ReiBoot Pro to fix my device, which I greatly appreciate. All of my questions were answered and I feel comfortable giving ReiBoot a try and leveraging their Support Staff to get my device working again!

There was an issue with my order of 4UKey. Contacted Tenorshare and the issue was resolved fairly. This is as good as any other company I've dealt with.

My older IPAD crashed while updating to the latest iOS system and out of desperation (before I found that I had ITunes backups in my computer), I purchased Reiboot 1-mo auto subscription to access irreplaceable image files. This is probably the biggest purchase mistake I have EVER made. Two days later, I had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging me $30 every month. It's fine that it didn't work and they refused to give me a full refund as advertised on their website. The real problem is that they refused to reply to my auto subscription cancellation request. I requested more than 5 times in different emails and no reply to that request (just trying to bs me to deny a refund). I ended up "cancelling" subscription on their website (it's very difficult to get in there) but I do not trust that they will not charge me. I filed a dispute for the initial charge and had to cancel my card which was the only sure way to prevent them from charging. Another reviewer even mentioned that he was charged even after their customer service sent him an email confirming his cancellation. Probably all of this is illegal for a U.S. based company. Their products might very well work with some people but no one should support a company who does illegal commerce. UPDATE: Ultimately, they gave me a full refund after I cancelled the card, refused to accept their 50% refund/product upgrade deal, and threatened them to share my experience with other users. Do NOT opt for their subscription model and leave your credit card info. If you have to purchase their product, go for a one-time payment deal.

This is my first review because I never write reviews.
They provided a few different ways to cancel your subscriptions on their website, with a method including the Paypal method. However, cancelling on Paypal doesn't work and they will still charge you for your subscription! (which is $45!)
Apparently, they know there are some issues in cancelling subscriptions so they specifically have a section on their website that states:
"Due to system restrictions, the charged subscription fee is non-refundable. Before checkout in the shopping cart, you will see the subscription plan is "Renewal: Automatic". And before the order is renewed, the payment platform will send a notification email beforehand, so you still have a chance to cancel your subscription.
We are not sure whether you ignored this kind of email or it has been tagged as SPAM. For these real reasons, it is not refundable once the order is renewed."
Funny huh? "system restrictions" when your product is something about system and softwares lmao.
Oh and, if the software doesn't help resolve your issues, they still won't provide refund.
Overall, a SCAM.

Purchased a product to transfer information from an Android phone to iPhone. The software could not communicate with the Android phone. I contacted customer service and they walked me through all the troubleshooting steps. Still didn't work so I purchased similar software from another vendor which worked great. Contacted them to refund, but still only getting offers of 30% back, 50% back, 1-2 free software exchange. Last is 85% refund. Repeated attempts to get them to follow their agreement when I purchased seems to fall on deaf ears. I am dumbfounded by their devaluing of all their software by offering if for free in exchange, no concept of gaining loyal customers willing to try additional software in the future, and the persistence to try and keep a few bucks from me.

$#*! didn't work, then billed me secretly for months when I selected a "1-month subscription" When I tried to cancel the order it took me on a roundabout course and didn't let me cancel it anyway. There's no customer service number to help you at all. Don't buy this $#*!booty $#*! product, save your money.

Hi, my iPad had an activation lock.

Their product didnt work for my use case. Now they are unable to offer me a refund, which sucks...

This feels a little illegal e.g. how can they not offer a full refund if their product doesn't work...

I would strongly recommend not using this company.

I had a problem booting up my iphone. It seemed to be stuck and it would not load. I tried TenorShare Reiboot and it was the only program that seemed to be able to communicate with my phone! It was very helpful and I definitely recommended this product. Customer service response was prompt which was also very appreciated!

Delivered as Promised

I was in need of a software to help me transition from Android to iOS, specially without any loss of data regarding WhatsApp, and their software was amazing: simple, elegant and with all the information needed given at the right time for any steps. It took a little while as I had lots of data to go through and I actually thought I had an issue, but then asked for their support and the response was fast and effective. Kinda wish they had chat support, but the e-mail, experience went great.
