They do not offer refunds even if their products don't work. Rude arrogant customer service. I will bury this company.

I bought the data recovery software to recover data from a corrupt external hard drive. The only thing that this software could recover was the recycle bin. I was able to see my documents outside of the software, I just could not access them. I tried to recover a few documents from the recycle bin, but the software just froze.

I contacted support to utilize the 100% money-back guarantee. Instead, I was offered to use my payment for one of their other software or a 30% refund. They refused to give me a full refund, even though it was less than 30 days and the software did not work for me.

We have tried tenoshare free subscription a year ago. Well guess what, they will keep your billing information and will charge you a year later. And their explanation: "On the purchase page, there has a reminder that this is an auto-renewal license and can be canceled at any time." I have send them a cancellation notice and asked them why wasn't I reminded. Their reply: 'Please check your spam folder' Which is a another BS to get your money. Please stay away from this company, Their program would not even work half of the time. Very unprofessional and not a trustworthy company at all.

I purchased their Mac recovery plan and it did not work as intended. Their 30-day money back guarantee is very vaguely worded so they are able to interpret it as they see fit even though it's obvious that the product did not work as intended. In my case, they don't have any plans at reimbursing me even though I clearly showed that the product did not work.

I've read other reviews saying the exact same thing. I really suggest you look into other reliable services for data recovery.

I purchased the program last week to transfer my WhatsApp data from my Android phone (Samsung A50) to iPhone (iPhone 12). At first, it did not work as intended as there was a verification error with my WhatsApp account. I asked for help in the Tenorshare site (via ticket) and I was asked to send my log. The support team helped me by analyzing the log and then I tried to use the program again. I bought a month's license of ReiBoot, to fix my iPhone 6s, but instead of fixing the issue, my iPhone stops starting after I did install the ReiBoot software or restore, so I could get my iPhone fixed and i lost 40$!
