Without my consent these people automatically charged my card with a monthly subscription fee. I have purchased a subscription only for 1 month, which is last month, and without my consent they have automatically charged me for this month. I have used their service only for 1 day in the last month and haven't used it since. When I asked to refund me for this automatic renewal which has gone through without my prior consent, they are declining to refund. Says "it's difficult to refund once the renewal is done". As if my money has gone through some kind of a magic portal, which makes it "difficult" for them to return. And they say they have sent me a reminder about the renewal. If I have got any, I would have seen obviously. I didn't find any such email in my inbox or my spam folder! This $#*!ing liars have practically scammed my money! $#*!ing Frauds!

Because I bought the wrong product version and wrote to the customer service, I also got a very fast response and processing

I signed up for this service for 1 time use but ended up being charged monthly. The vendor will not refund you for these payments once made. So just be carful!

I have no problem in paying for software that I use. I was not sure if this software would be successful in opening an iPhone that I inherited without the previous owner's password. I thought I'd try it because of the money-back gaurantee TenorShare promised. However, it turns out it does exacly what you can do with itunes for free.
After I asked for a refund, they refused to refund me, and as "an act of good will" gave me a subscription to an additional software that didn't do the trick either.

Stay away from them. They promise a whole lot and supply nothing!

I recently bought the software and used it for the 1st. Time without a problem. It's a great application that helps doing a very difficult task thru an incredible easy straight forward process.
I also called the customer service and they replied back super fast with a very clear answer to my question.
Long story short, this is a great application with an excellent customer service support.
This is a MUST have!

Great products easy to use! Had one small issue and they got back to me and resolved it right away. They are one of the best. They even gave me more time on my subscription. I highly recommend them for any one who needs to thier phone and not loose the data on their phone. They are the best download I ever used.

Had some trouble with my cellphone and they answered right aways awesome service and I think I havent found another alternative to make the transfer with whatsapp

I am very glad to tell that, this software has made my life easy. It is very user friendly so that user's can do it on their own without any confusions.

I bought a product from this group of thieves and it turns out, surprise surprise, the product doesn't do what it seemed that it would. After you ask for a refund, they will try to bait and switch you into another product they offer. They will tell you that it will do what you need, whether you like it or not and therefore, will deny any refund request you make. I would never, ever do business with this company again under any circumstances. Use at your own risk, they will rip you off.

I was pretty scared to change phones from an IOS to an Android. The mais issue was the transferring of my WhatsApp data from one system to another. After a quick googling, TenorShare was the chosen software. Imagine my surprise when I finally saw everything transferred as I wanted.

I purchased the Tenorshare ICareFone for Whatsapp Transfer (Windows) software for migrating my Whatsapp data from the old Android device to a new iPhone 12. The software works as advertised and makes the entire transfer process (which isn't natively supported by Whatsapp yet) very smooth and user friendly. When I needed to cancel my subscription, I was provided prompt customer support too by the Tenorshare team and that is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody looking for a smooth transfer of all their Whatsapp data from an Android to Apple device!

Even thu its strange to need a management for ios device, and more strange to need another one for data transfer, its incredible that TenorShare have it all, for the legit price.

So as a satisfied customer i highly recommend to try out any of thier product.

I purchased this software because my son's phone's screen was non-responsive. Ran the application twice and it did not work. I sent through a refund request and their response was "you may need to run it multiple times". When I advised them that I uninstalled to solution and that I wanted a refund, this was the response:

Thank you for clarifying the problem, we are sorry for the difficulties you have with our software.

According to the refund policy, you'll be entitled to a full refund if there's a technical issue with the software that we can't provide solutions within 30 days.

Because you have deleted the software, the previous log files have also been deleted and can't be recovered.

Addressing your case with our manager, we came up with a compromise: We are willing to refund 30% plus give away a new lifetime program(except the Photo & Video repair) at your willing on our website www.tenorshare.com for free.

Don't buy this software. Wasting time and money. Whatever their claims are fake. It won't repair any issue. If you request for refund; then they will start saying its hardware failure and can't refund.

I contacted TenorShare support for a subscription problem and I got a prompt feedback from Support and everything was fixed in less than a day. Super Service!
I used WhatsApp transfer software without problem. I was able to transfer all the conversation between IOS to Android successfully. Great product.
