Don't expect a refund if Reiboot doesn't work. They will just say it is due to a hardware issue. My Samsung S7 was 7 years old, had never had a hardware problem but jammed up when I did a factory reset.

Faster app than any app. But the mobile version need the extra hours. Better buy the desktop version

These guys don't respond to support tickets. So their software didn't work as advertised. I asked for a refund as per their policy of 30 day refunds. No response. Almost 4 days now, yet they say they take 48h at Max to respond. They also have enabled an automatic subscription and don't responsd to tickets to cancel this and refund my money. Pity. What a scammy company.

My Samsung phone locked up because of an inadvertent password entry. I purchased the phone unlock software for $50. I followed all of the directions for phone unlock and when finished, the phone was still locked. I contacted customer service, giving a detailed description of what occurred and informing them that I had unlocked the phone on my own after their software failed. I requested a refund since their software did not perform as advertised. They gave me a series of email messages that added no value and told me that since I had changed my mind about their software, their refund policy did not allow them to refund my money. They offered me any other piece of software in their inventory, but I refused.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SIMPLY GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT USE! The software did not fix anything and was a huge waste of my time and money. When I asked for my money back as per the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", they told me they would offer me another free service instead. I don't want any more of your useless software, I want my money back.

Purchased UltData for Mac. Program did not work as desired. Tech/Customer support contacted on day after software purchase. Tech/Customer support supplied another program, ReiBoot, which did not work either. Tech/Customer stated I would need to take my device to a repair shop to check if there is a hardware problem & then provide the test report. Ummm, no, I am not going to go to additional expense & effort for this company to honor their supposed refund policy. 14+ email exchanges & 25 days later, they continued to fight against providing a refund... and did their best to push this exchange outside the 30 day window, thus relieving them of the possibility of a refund. Ultimately was able to recoup a 75% refund.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You've been warned...

TLDR: Don't buy their software, it is waste of time and money, & the refund policy is fake! -- they will start saying it is hardware failure/issue and will not refund.

They wanted to send me the Windows version. I didn't want the Windows version. I just wanted a refund of my money,. I have been trying to get a refund and all I have gotten was the run around. Some people like this product but I would never buy from this site again. Because they don't stand by their guarantee. Just tried of send email and no one trying to response to my emails.

I purchased 4ukey android unlocker and it did not work on my phone. Tech support told me it wont work on my samsung j3. When I asked for a refund (it says 30 days money back guarantee)they first offered 30% refund and when I said no a 50% refund. This is a scam don't trust these pricks

The site says remove any lock 30 day money back guarantee. As you can see. They are falsely advertising or not being as direct as they should. Since they can not remove any lock. Second. Money back guarantee but they will not honor this and push to give me a percentage refund. This is bad business all around. I have expressed my displeasure and wanting my money back and no longer trust them. Yet they blatantly disregard it all. I highly suggest looking elsewhere before trying them.
