I've purchased Tenorshare UltData, in hopes of recovering some photos from my iPhone. However, the software only retrieved broken/corrupted images.
When asked for a refund, the support team refused to give me a full refund on multiple occasions, they tried to pin the blame on me by saying my data was broken and unrecoverable in the first place, and eventually only agreed to give me a 30% refund due to "this being a hard time".
I only asked for a full refund because of the "30-day cash back guarantee" slogan on their website, which is a huge lie. The marketing department simply gave me a refund policy to read and made up one excuse after another.

My advice is to stay away from this company and its products. Lying to their customers and blaming them for being unable to use a BROKEN software is disgusting. Do not give them a single penny.

This iPhone boot loop repair software did not work for me. I was doubtful that it would but the "30-day guarantee" prompted me to try it. I tried it on two cables, two phones with all software up to date and the Tenorshare software did nothing on standard or deep reset.
After jumping through many hoops; sending screenshots, sending the logs, the support people asked me to do what I had already done - update software, try other USB ports and cables. They clearly are never going to honor their 30-day gaurantee. You should ignore that when buying from their site.

I was switching from Android to iPhone and Move to ios app transfers only the photos and videos it doesn't transfer the WhatsApp data and there is no easy way for it and we cannot recover the backup from Google drive on an iPhone and icarefone transfer is the only product that's trustable and easy to transfer the data, you have options to take backup from Android and then restore to iphone from the backup and also another convenient way which is to directly transfer data between both after connecting both the devices.

The program itself has user friendly interfaceWill refund your money if its not compatible. Recommend on older devices

STAY AWAY FROM them… this software does not work and does not do anything of what they advertise. Refund will never happen. They take long time to answer emails and always giving the way around not to do the refund and at the end they ignore you. The worse purchase ever… do not trust them.

Only after purchasing I realized they can't save my data. Also they don't return money even if not used. Complete frauds stay away

I don't do very many things on a computer and I don't know to much about software n phones either, but every question I had to both of my issues with each android or iPhone was answered right away and the customer service was great. The first time I ordered 4ukey for iPhone I accidentally asked for the software On windows instead of my Mac and they responded right away with a new key and explained the process to me n I would recommend this to everyone cause we all have issues with our phones eventually or know someone close to us that will n whether it's the 4ukey for ios or the 4ukey I eventually got also for my daughter's Droid the apps are easy to use and everything works perfect.
I've just a t now downloaded the reiboot for Droid for my daufmghters phone and the will always have a customer from me cause I'm sure they will always be coming out with newer software needed for newer updates.

Tenor share is one of the promising programs which will improve there products in the next few times because they can concentrate on the customer satisfaction and fill his needs, from my point of view they will penetrate alot of markets as soon as possible

This company is a scam. Reiboot couldnt help fix the IOS sytem in my phone. So I went to Apple store to see whether my phone could be fixed. Apple store said the mainboard died so there was no way to fix. I emailed Tenorshare and asked for a refund but they replied really slow like three days after! And they replied me with rubbish ('try the whole procedures again'). Later I found they charged me for the second bill! I emailed them to ask for a refund again and they were not willing... This is totally a fraud! How can they gain $550 HKD without putting any afford?! In real world people work hard to gain money do they know it? I am going to upload a video to tell people of this news if they still dont give me a refund!

Android unlock does not work and they will not issue a refund, but insist on getting other software at a discounted price. I don't need other software. Good thing I paid with PayPal and PayPal ruled the dispute in my favor and paid me back. This company does not keep its own policy when it comes to refunds. Beware!

I purchased Tenorshare 4DDiG, deleted files recovery software. It recovered the file I accidentally deleted, from 4 different spots, but all in a corrupted for.
For 2 weeks now I am discussing with Tenorshare representative to get a refund. As their software did not do the job.
Max they agreed was to 50% refund.
Is nothing specified in their Refund Policy about partial refund.

When you need them they respond quickly!
They are very nice people.

My iPhone 12 bricked and I could not fix using iTunes so I bought Tenorshare Reiboot online. The softwear could not fix so i went to apple store and boom fixed. Asked Reiboot for refund and many emails later, I was told NO. Scam DO NOT RISK IT $50 AUD ill never get back.

Software did not fix my phone and customer service is a joke. They are in china so you have to wait a day for a response due to time differences. After customer service asking pretty much the same questions over and over for about a week. No refund…they want you to keep trying there software for 30 days in order to get the refund. Who's has 30 days to be without a phone. Took to apple they fixed it in 30 minutes.

Thanks for resolving this issue. I'd spent hours trawling the web for ways of transferring WhatsApp from an Android to an iPhone and iCareFone was the only thing that worked in the end.
