Doesnt recover all files, also had to buy a separate app. Dr fone. Found more files and extra files lost that tenorshare did not.

They wont refund you.
They say only 30 percent after maybe 2 hrs after purchase requesting refund

The file is broken after the software had recover... I payed for service but I don't get it.
I'm very disappointed.

All it ever did was recognized your tablet that it was connected to there 4ukey and after the 4ukey software did it's thing, at the end of the process, the software didn't remove nothing. It's full of $#*!. Don't buy. It's a waste of your hard earn money!

Purchased this product after carefully reviewing the description and refund policy for buyer protection. The program could recover the files but they were corrupted and could not be fixed. Sent assistance request and followed their instructions. Still didn't work. The company then offered an upgrade on another product I didn't need. Then offered multiple offers of 20% & 30% refund with forever access to the program. When I refused these offers and requested 100% refund, my email account was blocked and am unable to communicate with the company.

I purchased Tenor Reiboot for Mac in hopes of restoring an iPhone stuck in reboot mode. I made this purchase based upon reviews of the software. After multiple attempts to restore the iPhone using the licensed software, the phone ultimately had to be replaced.
I requested a full refund due to my dissatisfaction within 24 hours of purchase. Through email correspondence with the company logs were requested by the company. Despite multiple attempts to access the logs on my Mac, I have been unable to provide these allusive logs.
As I was unable to provide the logs to show my attempts to use the product to achieve the restoration I was offered a 30% refund and a perpetual license. This is unacceptable and now my card has been charged again.
I purchased said software. I attempted to use said software to restore an iPhone. Within 24 hours of purchase I had requested a full refund due to dissatisfaction and the iPhone was replaced.
As it remains, I do not in any way recommend interacting with this company. The software could possibly work; however, the company has not followed through with the refund as addressed at the time of purchase.

As a first time iPhone user, this was helpful in transferring the data from my old Android one plus phone.

I think that this is a scam! Their software only contained some instructions that you should follow, which of course did not work. Basically the same instructions that you can get for free on youtube. When I contacted their support for a refund I was asked to take a screen shot and send it to them etc... This all felt like a stall tactic t oget me to give up on receiveing a refund...

Awful customer service... No support whatsoever and it says 30 day money back guarantee but its a complete lie. Had three IPads with forgotten pins an the program said it would allow access to be able to factory reset and it did nothing of the sort... Basic AF program with little to no support, a complete hack job

Please don't waste your time with this product, it doesn't work and support is horrible. No refund issued.

Do try the software if you wish to transfer data from iOS to Android.

The product itself may be very good, however, you best be sure that you choose the right product to start with. While it does say there is a fair refund policy, if you choose the wrong product, this is NO REFUND. I was welcoming to the products on tenorshare and had seen some really good feedback, so went in optimistically expecting them to help if I hit an issue. There was help, but it was very generic in nature, and the support team didn't really understand what I was saying. But their reply was "Your refund request is not part of our refund policy". So while they are friendly in manner, the descriptions on their site didn't help me when I chose the wrong product and they refuse to refund. BEWARE and choose the right product. Don't just read that they will provide a refund, make sure you get the right thing, very unhelpful if you get the wrong product.

5 HOURS TO SEND A PRODUCT KEY. FIXED THE ISSUE MYSELF. IMPOSSIBLE TO REFUND. HAVENT USED THE SOFTWARE

I don't believe that the reviews posted are from customers. I believe negative reviews never get posted. I purchase a product for screen lock. Said it was successful. But Didn't work. I was offered another product instead which voids refund. Not one time has it worked. Even when it completes says successful. In turn each time took my credit for a device. Not once did it work. Now I'm told I have no devices left and must renew my script. Many emails.no results never worked. Loss of money. Don't believe those successful reviews for a minute, waste of money with added aggravation

Screwed up my iPhone and I could not get into my iPhone for a week
After I download the software that claims it can transfer files from iPhone to Mac laptop.
Would not recommend anybody to use this CCP CHINA HONG KONG software
I am sure there are built in CCP CHINA spyware since it does not work and do anything else.
