I recently bought a second hand iphone 7 plus and the owner forgot his icloud logins, with my experience with tenorshare, i mananged to unlock it and currently writing this review with it... ive been using tenorshare 4mekey and 4ukey to help with any icloud problems and its been very helpful... a special thanks to violet from the support center building me through everything... keep up the good work, i truly appreciate it..

Excellent service, must buy if you want to transfer you data eaisly as it really a hassle to transfer from android to Apple.

I bought the app to fix my iPhone which had cycled on reboot screen however the software could not fix the operating system as advertised so I asked for my refund however they never wanted to give me my money back they just asked and asked for more evidences that the software had not worked, it is not fair that they are advertised in that way and then do not want to return the money!

I needed to remove icloud lock, use 4MeKey from TenorShare
It is very easy to use, it comes with very clear instructions.
I had a question to the customer service and they answered me very quickly and kindly.

Tenorshare promises smartphone solutions, but its products do not do what is promised. Read the disclaimers before buying anything, and also read the FAQs. Those will provide you with information that will probably make you not want to buy the product. However, these disclaimers are purposefully hidden. Check the Better Business Bureau for real reviews. There is even a comment confessing that they were paid for a five-star review before they received a product. There are also comments about struggling to get a refund, which is the process I have started as well. I have added proof of purchase, and I am only sharing my experience to protect other consumers. Beware of Tenorshare.

Do no buy. Reiboot software just replicates what Apple software does. Company will not issue refunds.

The customer support is good. I recommend this to my friends. I also say that I am a satisfied customer.

The program is not good, it steals money, cheats on the number of devices, and every time you contact support and support, we give you coupons.

Failed deep clean...
I was very annoyed and upset for wasting my money and time.
Issue still not fixed... will claim for a refund.

Not a single deleted note, message or photo was retrieved. I can do all of this on my own by just looking at my phone or using iTunes.

I was not able to do what I needed on the mobile application but after contacting the customer support team, they responded and helped me resolve my issue in less than 24hours.

I'm so happy with this company they couldn't offer better customer service with a better product than anybody else in the whole wide world their company ranks number one on my list of one company that I would go with and that's only them no one else in the whole world I wouldn't work with any other company except these guys when it comes to the phone problems and technologies and all their state of the art equipment and computer stuff their AI is incredible.

Theft! Software doesn't work and they don't publish any review. They don't refund! I spoke to them, they replied that if in 30 days they won't solve, they will refund. Didn't happen! Useless software!
