Don't waste your money and time. The software put my IPad in recovery mode and I had to use a third party software to fix it. Tenorshare thinks that we should wait for 30 days to try and resolve the issue when I fixed it using ITunes in a little over an hour. They refused to do a refund because I wouldn't wait for their tech support which only responds one time within 24 - 48 hours. Crappy software and crappy service. Stay away from this company. Buying anything from them is only making a donation to the company since they are no help.

I attempted to download what I thought was their program. Either it was not what I was supposed to get or it simply is a useless program. I have not recovered one thing. Attempted to contact their tech team - NOTHING. Tried to then email them and cancel within an hour or two of purchase and have still heard nothing. Will pick it up with my credit card company. Another scam company - buyer beware!

Worst company to deal with and they kept my money. Pretending to help but not helping you.
If you have problem with your iphone you can do better contacting apple instead of these scumbags.
They have no way to help you as their software and expertise is all crap.
Should be boycotted and banned

My camera on my iPhone quit working. By doing a google search I found this product from Tenorshare. It said they had a money back guarantee so I thought I had nothing to lose. I ran the software and it did not fix the camera. I emailed and requested a refund, sent in the logs as they requested and am still being denied a refund. I have turned in the phone on and insurance claim and got it replaced. Here is their guarantee: Any technical problems you have encountered when using the product, please contact Tenorshare's technical support team and cooperate to locate the problem, including providing screenshots and log files, or accepting free remote services provided by Tenorshare. If the problem cannot be resolved in the end, and you are unwilling to wait for an upgrade or other compensation plan, Tenorshare will refund you if your order is in 30 days.

The software is super easy to use. I have used the software for both android and iphones. Customer support is a little slow need 24/7 support. But the program is AWESOME.

I had an issue with my iphone screen and could not unlock the phone. Purchased the 4ukey which promised to unlock my phone without having to do a reset and lose my data. The unlock worked easy enough but i lost all data to the last backup. I could have just done this myself without the software. Then to add insult to injury their "one off" payment offer subscribed me to a monthly subscription ($64) that i then had to spend an hour to unsubscribe from, very difficult to find how to do it. They offer the 30 day money back guarantee but after my experience with trying to unsubscribe i am not even going to waste time with them trying to get that money back. Back up your phones regularly people.

Miss leading ads and smoke screen support back by precise legal forms. After doing everything they asked sending files etc they disappeared behind said legal paper n docs. To offer help the shamelessly walk away is poor business. Next stop BBB.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which I have not been using for a long time and have forgotten the pattern. I purchased 4uKey for Android (Win) and tried, everything went well until downloads and my phone went off and on. But the pattern was not removed. I tried the second time and my phone entered a "Recovering..." mode (totally different from a standard Recovery mode which you can enter and exit with three keys on the sides of the phone. After that several email exchanges did not help: every time the support team sends such basic information that I already know or a link that does not work. In between I became so busy and forgot about it, and yesterday I got a message from my bank about a renewal from Tenor. I emailed the customer support for refunds. Their reply was: "Very sorry for the inconvenience (which does not help at all) and I will send you the lifetime product activation code that you like for free or upgrade your purchase to a lifetime version". Two of your products did not work, and now how can you offer something that is not going to work or that I am not going to use?

Had heard lot of things of your serviced and at. Some point enjoyed somehow free

I purchased the 4mekey software from TenorShare in order to unlock my old forgotten iCloud account activation lock. It didn't work at first because it turned out that the firmware on my iPhone was damaged. I contacted TenorShare about this issue, and they provided me with access to another TenorShare product which repaired the firmware on my iPhone. The activation lock removal was then successful! Overall big thank you to the TenorShare support team and development team for creating and maintaining high quality products that save time and money!

I bought the software to remove a timeout due to a malfunctioning screen. Their site stated that there would be no dataloss, I bought the software and paid my 35.00 it erased everything off of the phone. Including very important pictures that were taken recently that had not backed up yet and cannot be replaced. I contact support and im told "we are sorry we can give you a free lifetimg access to anything we sell. I have paid a company to try to recover software and im being told that not only did Tenorshare erase the softeare, they did a deep erase and cannot be recovered. This company is a fraud

After reading a glowing description of the repair possibilities of ReiBoot I bought the Android version only to find upon installation that it only will even analyse Samsung phones. Completely useless for my LG.

Beware of their illegal tactics!

I downloaded their free version because the ad I saw said they could recover lost iMessages in my phone. As I started to use the free version I was clicking around trying to figure out how to use the software. There was a big blue button that said recovery on it. I thought to myself, that must be where I recover my lost data. My phone was already plugged into my laptop charging and so the moment I clicked recovery my phone literally went into recovery mode. At that point I tried hitting the button that takes the phone out of recovery mode but Tenorshare wouldn't allow that until I purchased the software. I tried all the Apple suggestions first but nothing worked get it out of recovery mode. So I was forced to buy Tenorshare to get the feature to remove my phone from recovery mode. Once I had the software it was fully incapable of performing the data recovery it advertised it could complete.

I have reported them to the FTC for bait and switch as it falls under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

I have three different versions of this company software (Tenorshare 4uKey, 4MeKey, and 4uKey for Android). I purchased 4uKey for a specific feature and when I tried to use it, the phone was not supported, which was not stated upfront. They wouldn't refund my money and offered another product (4MeKey) for free. Same thing happened recently when I purchased 4uKey for Android, once again, the phone model was not supported, no refund, and offered another product. I will never purchase anything else from this company. If they really honor their product, they will either add the support for the phone or return your money. Buyer beware.
