This softwarw has help me a lot to fix some of my phone. Recommended for those who having trouble and save money

Tenorshare software product does not work for me. I immediately connected with support team. I want to cancelled my subscription and to get refund. I uninstalled program and could not provide log for support team like a proof of something.And in the same time they mention that to get fefund is very difficult.
So, sometimes you can say goodbye to your money.
Beware everybody!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK! WHEN YOU REACH OUT FOR HELP THEY WONT RESPOND OR REFUND YOUR MONEY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Very Disappointed. We tried to use the software on a locked iPhone to try and save the photos. After going through the instructions, the phone went through a factory reset and all photos were lost. Then, I realized that they charged my credit card for two additional months. I had to go back and cancel the "subscription". (Not sure why I would want a subscription for a product that didn't work?). When I requested a refund, they denied it. Pretty Shady….

This software make damage to my phone and tenorshare stole my money.
I recomend never use this software whit you cellphone

Product does not work and they will not refund. Customer service is some foreign company and will not refund after it deleted everything from my phone and did not work. BEWARE> SCAM

Purchased TenorShare 4UKey a year ago to unlock an iPhone because it claimed it could unlock the phone without data loss. It unlocked the phone but the contacts, messages, and data were lost. Did not use it again and never canceled. Had not thought about it until it recently showed up on my CC statement. Found the only way to contact them was with a support ticket. They will not refund the renewal because it is automatic and their policy is no refunds. So I paid for an application that did not live up to its claims and then auto-renewed and charged me the 2nd time. They did send emails but they were not viewed until looking for them. The bottom line is bad product unless all you want is the phone unlocked and do not care about the data being lost, and poor policies for the customer.

Tenorshare have always responded promptly and given the ideal answers needed.
They have provided and renewed or corrected my registration without any drama.

Tenorshare is a expensive & data was still not recovered when the product was used. Tried to speak to customer service but did not satisfy our issue. Just offered more products.

On receipt of the software I quickly determined that it wouldn't work for me. After some back and forth they decided that they couldn't determine that it was an issue with the software and refused to refund. (They offered me a different product for free with an unlimited license which I didn't take.)
In spite of the above, a year later they charged me again for this software. When I reminded them of our correspondence from a year ago, they said they would not refund the renewal fee, and again offered a free alternative product.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL or other payment info. They abused that in my case to unethically take my money. They might do the same to you!

Terrible experience! First- this soft instate of deblocking Blocked phone. I got support ticket, send message, waited answer, they asked more info, I send more info. They told me to buy ne soft REIBOOT to fix what happened after using 4uKey. I asked refund and tried to cancel subscription. No answer. And I am sure they will charge for renewal of the license. FRAUD SCAM.

You follow the various guides, but the thing you need requires a premium. Something doesn't work along the way, and then you want a refund. Good luck.

This company puts customer on automatic purchase.

How could they charge the customer without its consent? For the same product which does not even work well in the first place.

Upon contact the support they said they cannot return the second charge.

If the company wants to make money they should by fare means not through fraudulent practice

The service is not transparent. I didn't manage to fix the problem with the product. I tried to get the money back with the guarantee. It looks like you need a report from Apple Store. What if there is no Apple Store in your city? I've tried to demonstrate that I fixed the problem with an official reseller (invoice + email of the guy who attended me) but it's not enough.
Also, I've realised that by default Tenoshare will automatically renew your subscription. It's in the details written in a small letter via email (and probably in the term and conditions). I'm a UX Designer and I know that this is a dark practice because it's very easy to lead to error. And easily many people will be charged again without realising it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NO TRANSPARENT SERVICE AT ALL. WITH DARK STRATEGIES TO GET SUBSCRIPTIONS.

I had some difficulties with program at first contacted customer service for assistance and they helped me out quickly and on a follow question they went above and beyond my expectations A++

For the past two months I have been trying to hack into an Apple Mini iPad 3 device which I forgot its details, password and Apple account. After I failed I was in touch with customer service and they were in touch with their developers. The response via email was quick considering the time gaps and I was given a number of ways to solve issues that prevented me from succeeding in hacking. I finally succeeded. It is of course important to clarify that this is not a stolen device but my device that I forgot the login details for. I would like to praise the customer service and the developers of the company who did their best to help solve the problems I encountered. The software of this company and their service is excellent. Highly recommend the TenoShare company and their software 4MeKey.
