This is my second order from Teleflora and it was to the same address as before and they get lost and waste time. I had paid for priority processing for it to arrive before 1 and it did not arrive until half an hour later. Not only that but the gift was supposed to be a surprise and then someone had the bright idea to CALL THE RECIPIENT and say they had the wrong address for the gift. Extremely frustrated with Teleflora and would not recommend at all to anyone!
I'm in Texas and my husband is in New York and it's our 35th anniversary and I wanted to acknowledge it in someway even though we're not together in the same state and not to mention in the middle of COVID-19 so I decided at the last minute to send my husband flowers with a balloon. I ordered this quite late in the middle of the night and it arrived late morning with no problem and my husband was quite surprised!
I ordered a specific arrangement called Polka Dots and Posies with Daisies and Roses in it to celebrate a new baby. They sent a mess of flowers and stuck a plastic "It's girl sign in it. The daisy flowers were wild field flowers. Stalks were sticking out of it all over and the huge out of place Rose was in full bloom.
It was a horrible embarrassment to receive a photo of it from the family it was delivered to.
When I phoned Telefloral they asked if I wanted a different arrangement sent or a partial refund. I am taking a partial refund.
What is the sense of choosing a photo of what you want to send when the florist sends a mess like this!
The joy of receiving flowers on the birth of a new baby was ruined by an incompetent florist. They should be taken off of the Telfloral list.
The intended recipient never, repeat "never" received the very expensive bouquet of Flowers! For that, I rate you -5 stars! I cannot send photo because I have no flowers!
I ordered flowers for a coworker that graduated college and what was ordered versus what was received is not what I ordered. I get it, supply, and demand but there are some things you can do if you can't meet expectations. I also get that I asked it be delivered by 1pm today but sheesh it didn't have to look like it was literally thrown together.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. Confirmed the day before to be delivered. The day of funeral I get an email they can't fulfill my order. STAY AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY. DONT ORDER.

What was received was completely different from what was ordered. Flowers and vase were different. What was sent was definitely overpriced. Very disappointed.
I see some negative reviews, so I am hopeful they create a stunning sympathy basket and worthy of the expensive price I paid.

I ordered the special of the day for $80 (total $101) and received a floral arrangement with the roses that were already turning brown the same afternoon. It was supposed to be the freshest the florist had per the ad but instead, it was their old flowers. The ones from her yard last two weeks, these lasted a few days. This picture is less than 24 hours after the arrival.

Heard from the receiver, she said she had just received the flowers around 3:15 pm and she described it as a small bouquet. I will admit that she was happy with it.
I am not! I ordered the medium size and wanted them delivered in the morning! I expected more for the amount I paid! I hate to imagine what the small size looks like. Just a couple of flowers? I am very disappointed in my first time using you. Will think twice before trying again. At this time, I cannot recommend you to anyone.
Also, I wrote a very thoughtful message. My friend did not mention anything about it and I did not ask. This was a very emotional anniversary for her. I can only assume, because of everything else, that the message was not sent.

Flowers that were in arrangement were beautiful and looked very fresh. It was for a friend who just got out of hospital and it made her day.
I am disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered. I upgraded to the deluxe version of the arrangement and what was actually received was not equivalent to the sample arrangement, even taking into account that different flowers might be used. I also had an issue with the delivery. I received an email confirming the arrangement was hand delivered, however, it was actually not received until several hours later. I called customer service and the representative I spoke with was very professional, helpful, and got everything straightened out, but I am unlikely to order from Teleflora again.
Same day service is very impressive but beware service fees involved in final price. Was lured y very affordable pricing to be shocked by service fees.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
