Had issues ordering flowers from 2 sites Teleflora came through for me! So I'm very satisfied and hope everything goes well with the delivery!
I was asked if I wanted to pay $15 extra to have it delivered by 1pm. Unfortunately, it didn't get delivered until 3:40. The delivery guy was great calling first and dropping them off with a smile to my wife. She was happy with him but to say you will have them there by a certain time and they don't arrive after I pay the extra money is pretty frustrating. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience and the entire process. I would recommend but just not paying for any extra cross sell items that are available.
I was very disappointed with my order after my friend sent the pictures to thank me for the flower. They delivered a floral arrangement that was completely different from the one advertised on the website. My friend received the floral arrangement for a service and the flowers looked cheap and wilted. I noticed the order was fulfilled by a local florist and they put more greens than flowers. I paid $115 and I feel cheated! I immediately contacted customer service and was offered 20% discount I guess that was the best they could reimburse me! So upsetting! I even sent out actual pictures of the floral arrangement with dying flowers and no one bother to response to my email. I will never order from this website again and will make a vlog about this experience!
I ordered a same day delivery of a birthday bouquet at 11; 30 am. I was offered the option to purchase 2 hour delivery for an additional $15. Who knew that failure to buy that means that they won't delivery your bouquet at all $84 down the drain and no birthday bouquet. Please avoid this vendor at all costs. Its a ripoff. When you attempt to contact customer service - no phone number and no response. Totally ruined my birthday gift.
I ordered teleflora's purple medley-"Deluxe" for $54.99 for a thank you gift. Let me just say I never write reviews but because this experience was so bad I had to. This is by far the worst flower service out there. They said it was hand delivered yeah right. The flowers were sitting out side by the front door in a vase there was no box or plastic wrap around it like you would get from a real florist or 1800 flowers. The bouquet that was delivered looked like it was repurchased from a food store for a cheap price, not a real florist. This was definitely not a $54.99 worth of flowers. I am so embarrassed to have sent something like this. NEVER AGAIN!
I love teleflora, however the website is slow and sometimes difficult to navigate.
Their product is always lovely. Delivery is timely and they use only the best florists in my area.
I kept getting my order delayed and a week later my flowers never got delivered! I canceled my order and they quoted me 10 days to get my money back when I asked to expide refund they refer me to MY credit card company! A JOKE OF A COMPANY!
I ordered a $160 orchid plant to be sent to someone as a sympathy gift. The orchids were advertised in a pretty white pot that was not over the top. Simple with 3 light colored orchids. What was delivered was a black planter box with 2 light colored orchids and a bright purple one. There was bamboo sticking out of it everywhere. While it wasn't a bad looking arrangement, it was NOT something I would have EVER chosen to send to someone as a memorial gift. I am thoroughly disappointed. I understand you might not be able to send the exact image but this was so far off I would have never paid for this. Now I'm out $160 and embarrassed. It looks like I put not thought into what I was sending.

Fewer plants, too much filler, wrong container. Very disappointing. Sent a child's wagon, not a black Corvette as I ordered from your site. I am asking for refund!
Needed a bouquet for a friend who recently lost her dad. Always lots of choices and quality has been good to date.
This website is a JOKE. Never delivered my flowers. I purchased them on 7/27 and paid extra for same day shipping. I was told I never actually paid for same day shipping even though I was charged for it (how does that work?) and that they would be delivered the next day. It's almost 6pm next day and when I reached back out I was told it's out of their hands. I then got a confirmation of delivery email so I checked, no flowers! The address was correct on my order. They won't give me the florists number to order from directly and they now won't give me a refund. I spent almost $100 on air! Do not EVER order from this site. They are a money funneling scam. Save yourself the headache and pay for a local florist.
You had the items I was looking for. My mom in law loves plants instead of flowers. You had most varieties on your site.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my work for my birthday. I didn't know this until I got home because the flowers NEVER arrived. I had a horrible day at work and a nice birthday arrangement would've been a wonderful surprise. Thanks for nothing telefloral. You $#*!ing suck.
Site was very slow. After starting my checkout I tried to use my reward points. They withdrew them from my account but I couldn't redeem them anywhere. Tried to use the online chat for assistance, but no one ever helped me. VERY FRUSTRATING! And my points are gone!
I thought the website was user friendly and the first choice was exactly the my partners favorite flowers.
Sending this arrangement to an out of town friend for her birthday. Ordered the premium arrangement, which the total cost was near 80.00. The arrangement was small and quite embarrassing. First time using Teleflora, and definitely my last.
I purposely chose the planter Quiet Expressions for my son-in-law due to it's Zen-like qualities... the rectangular bamboo container and river stones. What he received was an old lady planter in a basket with a poofy yellow bow -- not even close! I understand the covid pandemic has effected everything including florists shipments, but if it's going to be that far off from the original - consult the sender first.
Teleflora always handles my flower request. If the flowers are not what they were suppose to be the correct the issue. I once had flowers that were droopy and they sent a new flowers they way the should of been in the 1st place. I respect their business. No photo to add at this time
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
