This company could care less about its existing customers. I was getting notices from my subscribers that my Merch wasnt available but I was ok with that stupidly because i was have 4 new designs drawn up.$1400.00 worth of new merch designs to release for the Christmas push. I went to upload my new merch in mid-November and there was a 404 error page no longer exists on every item you clicked on. I started sending emails immediately and would receive a ticket showing that the complaint was sent to the specific department. I have probably 20 tickets of the individual complaints. Now its too late and I still havent heard back. I feel like they owe me for the cost of the rush job of my designs. My advice. Find a private merch company with at least sub par merch.
Ordered two items from Spring on November 16th. They provided a tracking number thru DHL distribution.
I checked the shipping status daily when suddenly, on December 12th, the tracking number was no longer seen as valid on DHLs tracking website.
I contacted DHL which said they have no record of my order.
I then contacted Spring and have yet to receive a response from their customer service.
Buyer beware.

Teespring has made it so easy to run my business. I'm a full time mom and don't really have the time to control a full fledged high features website so this is the perfect amount for me. I love the easy to make products, I just wish there was more products that didn't seem to have an error behind it when you try to add it to the store. If you guys aka the company basically added the products you have locked/unlocked for everyone to make I would definitely stay as a teespring customer and keep my business with you guys.
Purchased a t-shirt and even got a DHL tracking number which shows up on the DHL tracking site as an invalid tracking number. This is a month after I received an email that the order had shipped. Have tried to contact Teespring through their website a few times and have received ZERO response. The reason that they don't take Paypal is because they are sham online retailer. New rule if the online retailer doesn't take Paypal then they don't stand by their products or their service.

I've ordered from TeeSpring for Merch from different creators and I've had nothing but issues. The first issues was months ago I ended up with 4 different sweaters. The first one, Logo peeled after the first wash. Second 1 was the wrong size, third one was the wrong size and color and finally the last one was correct. I'm not going to post the photos because i don't want to expose the creators. It's not their fault. Now, the straw the broke the camels back. I ordered 2 T-shirts on Nov. 14th. I got shipping Notification on Nov. 16 that they would arrive between Nov. 22nd and 26th. Those dates came and went and the DHL tracking said 'waiting for package to arrive at DHL facility'. Nov. 29th I went and filled out the contact form on the website since Chat is currently 'down' and never heard from anyone. Today is Dec. 5th so I sent another email (that I found from their replies to this complaint page) and reported them to Paypal in the hopes I can get my money back before the holidays. How can a company not only rip off their creators so much money, send out POOR QUALITY items based on those creators designs and have such poor communication?

Ordered 1 item and I was sent 3. There is no way to contact them. They have an automatic reply when you indicate you need support that says they'll get back to you in 24 hours but they don't. I bought something for $20 and I ended up losing $75 (3 items+shipping and tax). They market themselves as a responsive company and make it seem like they are a professional operation but they are not.

This company is extremely poorly run and scams customers. While the company is not a scam, I consider their practices and prices questionable.
First, they charge crazy high prices for basic appeal and faded designs giving the seller less than 10% profit share.
I sold a sticker for 5 dollars and got 50 cents back. This is exploitative. We know a sticker doesn't cost 5 dollars.
A sticker's base cost is roughly 20/30 cents per sticker. Factor in labor, shipping and manufacturing, it goes up to 2-3 dollars, but TreSpring defaults the prices at 10 dollars? Stickers do NOT cost this much.
TeeShirt base costs is roughly 3 usd according to Alibaba.com whole sale site. Factor in expenses to make shirt, pay workers (20 cents an hour), and shipping, that runs up to 10 USD. What do they charge in order for the seller to make money? 30-40 usd and we make about 4-5 usd of that shirt. This is not okay.
Not only do they rely on exploiting foreign labor for a very very cheap price, they exploit the seller using TeeSpring.
Their printing quality is very cheap. And thsi printing should not be this cheap given the high prices. Factoring in their manufacturing costs, this is no doubt penny pinching practices.
They are a greedy corporation maximizing their profits at the seller's and worker's expense.
Before you go with TeeSpring, remember you are supporting a company that relies on exploiting foreign workers possibly child workers and exploiting us sellers.
Go with an American company that gives you premium shirts and a large profit share.
One company I work with gives me a 60% revenue share, but TeeSpring can't? It's pure greed.
TeeSpring will comment to this post saying they can help me to something. Don't bother. We've exposed you, and we will continue to expose this questionable company.
Your customer support is extremely slow for the amount of profits you make. And no, don't Blaine COVID.

Our logo is colored letters on a white background. We put it on a white sweatshirt. It came out with the white background a different color than the sweatshirt material. It does not look good! Why did they do this?!

My items I purchased were lost due to technical err. I filed a claim with my banking institution. Spring tried to strong arm me by saying they could only resolve the issue if I closed my case against them. False, my banking institution WAS able to get my full refund but Spring waited until the deadline with my claim before refunding my money. When they should have refunded it when I first opened the case! Very disappointed! I actually give them 0 stars

I don't understand how tee spring can be rated so high. They are just awful. Then next time you see them in a Facebook add read the comments. None of them are good. If you spend a long time building a brand the last thing you want is Teespring single handedly ruining it for you with shoddy merchandise and poor customer service. I got a sample thank God, before going live with them on a big scale. One wash was all it took to have peeling everywhere on my logo T shirt. I just imagined how a customer would feel. I contacted Tee spring about the issue and they have yet to get back to me. You need to email. There is no phone number. So more fun for your former fans who have ordered something. I Purchased this shirt and after one wash, the printing was virtually gone. I have tried to contact them with their form, but all I got was radio silence. Really disappointed. I will likely avoid these guys in the future.

I purchased several samples and most items the screen print cracked apart after a single wash, worsening very quickly. I've tried multiple times to reach a human to obtain a refund and now my order is erased from my account on the website so I cannot produce the item list/proof of purchase so I screen shot the order number I had included in an email. I am very disappointed in the quality of product and customer service of this company. Would not recommend

I am creator on teespring and I have also paid for linking my domain and storefront. I reported issue that in navigation pane, Accessories -> Slides option is not visible, but they do not even care to reply or resolve issue. I have added more than 8 slides and still I am facing this issue. I emailed and they just reply with predefined emails. I reported issue 18 days back and yet issue is not resolved

I've used teespring for a while now and almost never had a problem until recently. I would do a payout and within a few days I would get my money. Now I'll do a payout and I'm waiting like a month for my money. It seems that I have to contact them every time I do a payout now. It's now been 18 days since I did a payout. Their excuse usually is that their is a site slowdown and that I will get my funds soon. I was able to contact them via chat on their website but it looks like they disabled that function probably because of all the pissed off sellers. If your thinking about selling on this, DON'T. I'm looking into other sites to try. Anything has to be better.

I received a shirt with a misprint "United stated" vs it should have been "United states" and I can't receive an email back nor find a way to reach them. States you have 30 days to return and I can't get a response!
