From the time i order just getting email after. Email... each saying different things. One says my order placed and shipped one saying can't fill. One saying should be shipped in so many days... the next order has been canceled. They suck!
They don't even deserve my one star. They advertise on Facebook a Fast And Furious Brotherhood t-shirt. I ordered for my hubby's bday, disappointed it wouldn't be here for it but I figured he would understand. Anyway, I am getting so much of a run around, this is what I got in an e-mail: We're reaching out to you about your recent "FURIOUS FAMILY FOR LIFE!" order with Teespring.
Unfortunately, FURIOUS FAMILY FOR LIFE! Has been permanently suspended and, as a result, we have had to cancel your order.

Team Teespring. I have spoken to a number of customer service reps and was reassured that I was getting my shirt. OMG, I will never order from them. I am reporting them to facebook as frauds and I am going to put them on review on every web page I can get on
T-shirt ordered 1st week of June. After several phone calls finally got it on July, 16th. Not worth 31.50 for women's size 2XL. Cheap Hanes material, washed and laid flat to dry. Material shrunk, now a size LARGE! I bought 2XL as I figured some shrinkage and wear my clothes loose. Now, too snug! Printing on front smudged, back printing looks good! Shoddy workmanship on everything else!
They have false advertisement and due to that customers who are trying to help with campaigns are not giving money to anyone but Teespring. They produce even if you have not met your goal which it says on their page the goal has to be met to produce. So there is no profit that is going to the campaign. Just paying a lot for a shirt.
Not pleased at all... We ordered last year and shirts was perfect... First year anniversary for sons death... We ordered black shirts with white letters... We received today Green shirts with blue letters please tell me their was a mistake
I ordered a shirt on 4/19/15 and as of 6/5/15, no shirt. Teespring doesn't even respond to my requests for information. I guess I just got a $25 shopping lesson instead of a shirt.
The shirt finally arrived 3 months after it was ordered.
I ordered a shirt and paid with PayPal. The transaction cleared my bank right away. I didn't get a confirmation email from Teespring so I inquired about it. They kept saying that my order failed or did not go through. They refunded my money and I still don't know why they couldn't send me the shirt.
I wanted to try this service when I was starting my clothing line idea. Wanted to see if my designs had what it took. I made a design and uploaded it, set the campaign for 14 days and met the goal of 100 shirts.
The first issue was my customers had to wait 2 weeks after the campaign ended for the item to arrive, which was explained upfront. The thing I wasn't expecting was for people wanting to return or exchange the items. I didn't sell them directly so I couldn't exchange them as I didn't have anything to exchange, and tee spring doesn't offer returns or exchanges at all. This was a rather big issue as out of the 100 I sold I had about 20 emails asking me how to exchange or return do to sizing issues. The other issue was some of my customers didn't receive the orders for LONGER then the 2 week handling time stated on the teespring site, or even worse, NOT AT ALL. Upset customers emailed me as they where getting no response from teespring, which is what they claim to take care of as part of the fee that they charge?
So ended up refunding personally a few customers as I didn't want to associate my name with bad services, and my profits dropped even more. So overall I was having to deal with customer complaints even though I didn't directly sell them the shirts. As a start up (I'm trying to make a clothing brand) this was simply more hassle then it was worth.
Overall I'm sure they serve a purpose for some, but in the end you are giving them art and ideas so THEY can make money off your ideas while sticking you to clean up the customer complaints.
Ordered a tee shirt from them & was very disappointed with the sizing, the large I ordered when I am normally a medium thought it would be safer, the large is like a children's large or an extra small. Will not be ordering again on line for clothing. Everything else about the tee shirt was great.
I love this website. They have the coolest tshirts. I think I'm gonna create my own soon.
I haven't used this site to create a Tshirt design, but I have purchased one through them. I got it in a reasonable amount of time from when the cut off time for printing was and the quality was very nice.
