I ordered what was supposed to be a soft cotton, women's fit tshirt. The shirt ended up being a poor quality, rough cotton, oversized, boxy men's cut. When I emailed them asking for either the shirt I ordered or a refund, they said to look on their website and order another shirt. For $28, I want what I ordered or my money back. Customer service is horrible. Still working on getting money back. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

Tight tees. In this case, I ordered a 2X to have it big, in case I wanted to wear a sleeveless top under it. It would fit a size M very tightly, but that's it! Never again will I buy from TEESPRING! I gave them another chance to get it right, and the shirt was only slightly bigger!
Maybe they design shirts for skinny professional models! All this cost me was $30!
This business is horrible. I've been on them for over a year to remove me from their mailing list after their unsubscribe function and several promises from their tech support team have failed to solve the issue. My current opinion and belief is that if they can't straighten up a simple problem such as their spam email, how can they resolve any type of business issues? There is absolutely no way to find any contact info to a corporate headquaters, or business phone or even a physical address that i can find. I'm now going to find other means to get this issue resolved. I shouldn't have to be spammed with constant emails just because they can't fix the issue. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again considering they are unable or unwilling to fix even the smallest of issues.
I like that it was a tagless shirt but, the sleeves are not same length and for the money they should be right. Will not buy from them again unless they correct the problem!
Their sizing is wildly inaccurate, their product is shoddy and there is absolutely no customer service connected to this site. Don't buy these t-shirts because you'll come to regret doing business with them.
I have charges from teespring.com on not one, but two different credit cards for purchases that I did not make: one charge on March 31,2016, in the amount of $104.71 on one credit card and another charge on April 5,2016 for $121.75 on a different credit card... very strange. I bought one t-shirt from this site and that was two years ago using PayPal as my method of payment. I have tried calling their customer service number numerous times over the last few days and keep receiving a recorded message saying that "our phone support is currently experiencing much higher volumes than normal", and suggesting that I contact them via online chat, after which they disconnect the call with no opportunity to leave a message. I tried contacting them via online chat on their web site and received no response whatsoever during the chat session; the chat session was active, but no one responded. I have since had to contact the credit card companies to dispute the charges, and cancel and replace my credit cards. What a hassle.
Update: Teespring subsequently reversed the charges on both cancelled credit cards after I was able to contact them via email. The charges had been made by persons using stolen credit card information. The whole thing was weird though, since this involved two separate credit cards with Teespring charges. The Teespring representative was polite and helpful; I just wish it had been easier to get in contact with them to resolve this issue in a more expedient manner.

In my case this was a private person scamming. It has been a week and she said it will take 3 weeks more before they even print my shirt. I asked her what her charity was or what her fundraiser was for and she said t was just her personal campaign... no fundraiser or charity. This was not cheap and a month is ridiculous. This seems to me to be a plain old scam. What a pity. Hopefully I will get the refund she promised.
The T-shirt quality was good. But the graphics were horrible. The print was fuzzy and not crisp as represented in the photo. I will never order from them again.
Why do all these manufacturers only cater for midgets. What about us people who are 4X - 5X or even 6X. A limit of 2X is simply not good enough. They simply do not listen and do not realise how much they lose out by only catering for the smaller person. Saying this. The prices are far to high, especially the "Crusader" Tee Shirt... £12.99 is more like it. Then they would sell more. Why can't they understand this or are they blinded to a quick sale to compensate for their greed.
I ordered a shirt and was told it would be here in 3-4 weeks. This shirt is a gift to someone. They said it would arrive by a certain day, well that day is here and still no shirt. I had to chat with a rep from that company and I was told there is mot ETA on that campaign. When I asked about a refund, no I can not get one because that campaign has closed. I then asked for a number to contact a manager and of course they have no call center. This sounds like I got scammed. The only refund I am able to get is my shipping cost, but it has to be 5 or more days late. I will never do business with this company again, Please be aware before you do business with them! I wish I would have read reviews before I did business with them.
Last year I created a campaign and had lot of compliments on the shirts. They were good quality and arrived on time. This year it's a different story! I placed an order in plenty of time, waited patiently, received a portion of my orders, went on chat to see where the other 15 shirts were ( because they won't post or give you a phone number) and have had nothing but a run around for 5 days. It's not good customer service, not good company business, and very poor communication. The CS people have canned responses and are of little help.
I had successfully ordered 6 shirts from them over a period of time, then I ordered one in plenty of time for a friend's birthday, it was 2 weeks late and not the shirt I ordered, they offered to replace with a different style. Still haven't gotten it and their response is, wait a little longer.
I ordered a shirt for St. Patrick's Day (today) for my husband. It said the campaign was successful and I should receive my order between March 9 and March 16. It never arrived and I never received a tracking number so I'm guessing it has never been shipped. Waiting for a response from email since there is no live person you can talk to. On a side note ordered 3 shirts from Viralstyle and they all arrived quickly, are made well and can be worn for the occasion they were ordered for!
Stupidity abounds at Teespring... they run a campaign for Pi day... but don't ship the merchandise in time to be received for Pi Day and the shirt has 3.1416. YES 2016 on it. Really? They said I can refuse it. I work and unless the package is oversized it will be put in the mailbox Total crap. Never ordering again! BEWARE people... stupid stupid stupid people run this place.
I don't even wanna give this company the 1 star but -10 isn't an option! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOU NEVER GET YOUR ORDER, THEN THEY REFUSE YOU ANY TYPE OF REFUND! I'M BEYOND ANGRY! I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW, KNOWS WHAT A FRAUD THIS COMPANY IS!

I had an order supposed to arrive March 1st at latest. On Feb 29 I received a tracking number. But the order never moved. It never left Teespring. All they did was benerate a label to make people think they were shipping ontime.
2 Mar received an email that my order would be shipped on 4 Mar... but they wouldnt be able to get me a tracking number for several days AFTER the 4 March date

When you generate the label for bulk pickup from a delivery sevice the tracking number is available then and there to email. This is the age of computers... this is done automatically.
So... Its now 9 March. No product... a phony tracking number... no real tracking number... and more delays and lies.

I received my tank top within about 3 weeks but would have been really nice to know that sizes run extremely small. So small that it looks like I ordered a kids XL. The material seems really cheap and flimsy too. Not at all what I was expecting. :(
I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife 01/28. By 02/08 I'm looking for my order, and was given 2 different tracking numbers, that have no packages attached to them, one was for DHL and the other was USPS. Spoke with their "lovely" customer service reps (who don't do anything except for saying sorry or hold on), and they informed me that the package got lost. Here we are 02/22, I still have no shirt, my second order was placed 02/16 and it has still not been printed or shipped. This is the most insane marketing strategy I've ever heard of, they only fulfill orders when they have enough people ordering? Sorry T-spring, but I'm not sorry - YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY.
