Some bull$#*!

I order a sweatshirt and get and email saying that it's gonna show up in about 3-4 weeks. It's been about 14 weeks now and still no sweatshirt. I've tried multiple times to no success to contact someone about this problem. If you want to be ripped off and possibly stolen from this is the company for you.

Total rip off

Bought two shirts from this company one from Facebook add the other from their link on web sight. Poor quality shirt, the one ordered from their link has wrong design. Contact Teespring was told no refund, filed complaint with PayPal and was told to return the shirt and Paypal would refund the money. The return shipping was as much as the cost of the shirt, but I stand on principle and return the shirt. About a month later PayPal closes my case saying I did not provide the proper tracking. I inform Paypal that I did, receive email from Teespring asking me for documents showing return that they did not receive the shirt. I provide the documents showing the tracking and delivery recipe. I have since sent the documents 4 more times, no response from Teespring or PayPal. Do not do business with this company, Let
Everyone on social media know to stay away.
Update, 7/4/16 I have sent at least a dozen more emails to both Paypal and teespring, no response from eather I advise staying away from this company's, let every one know.

Update, after resending my emails almost daily to teespring, sometimes twice a day with no response, I sent a new email telling them the number of reviews I had received on this site on July 25, on July 26 I received a reply offering a refund, I accepted. Today August 4 I received my refund. Don't give up on your claims, flood them with emails, and negative reviews.

Missed Father's Day

Teespring runs a promotion for father's day t-shirts and guarantees delivery by father's day. I place the order on May 30th. That gives Teespring 20 days to get me my product. The item has shipped and is now saying it will arrive two days after Father's Day. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered my dad a t-shirt in 3xl after a friend suggested getting a larger size. He had ordered from Teespring before. When it came it was way too big. I sent an email to teespring customer service on a Saturday and they replied within about two hours. They were more than happy to send me a new size free of charge and suggested possibly giving the old shirt to a charity. Best and quickest customer service I've ever dealt with. This is also the first time I have ever wrote a review.

I ordered five shirts in three different sizes as gifts for my friends. The sizes were tiny. The woman who usually wears medium couldn't even fit into the extra large. I contacted the company four times, sending in measurement photos to accompany my request for refund. I have not received a single response as yet. Although there is supposedly a costomer service department, they do not seem to wish to provide me with service, I am uncertain what to do now.

I ordered 2 women's t-shirts from Teespring that stated "never underestimate an old woman with a kayak". One was sized Small for my friend who is size 10 normally and an extra large for me (size 14 normally). The XL only just fitted my small friend and the small only just fitted my fairly slightly built 9 year old grand daughter for whom the wording was clearly unsuitable. I wrote to Teespring explaining all this. They wanted me to jump through various hoops which included taking photos with tape measures etc... I refused to do so - wasting my time. If they were serious in wishing to do the right thing by their customers they'd simply just give you a refund. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

On May3 ordered the Air Force Veterans Teeshirt in Extra Large, yes it said unisex for the size. On May 31 received the shirt, the tag says Ladies XL. My granddaughter is a medium and she could not wear this shirt. This shirt would barely fit a kid much less an adult. After reading all the negative reviews I can attest to their authenticity. You pay a premium for standard teeshirt. Shipping takes forever. If you need a teeshirt I would highly recommend CafePress. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

I have ordered 5 or 6 T-shirts from them. They make custom shirts, so I am not surprised that the shirts don't show up in just a couple of days. Every time, I have gotten an email saying it was about to be printed, then another email saying it has been shipped, and it has arrived soon thereafter each time I have ordered. Will order from them again I have no doubt. The shirts are maybe a little thin for some people's taste, but I like that because they are cooler in the summer.

It really shouldn't be this difficult. You order a t-shirt, the order is acknowledged, and a few days later you're told it's shipped. You wait a week, and you get the t-shirt, right?
Wrong, at least if you're dealing with Teespring. They confirm an estimated delivery date, which comes and goes. So you email them, and they say orders actually may take up to 45 working days to be delivered. Pretty unlikely, but hey, they've already got your money.
So after the 45 working days have expired, and the item has not arrived (did they ever send it?) you send another email which receives exactly the same response, i. E. they didn't bother to read your email.
Then they just stop replying. It's like Nigeria, but in US dollars.
Avoid.

I am very sad to say that I feel like I have been screwed by Teespring. I ordered a sweatshirt on 4/26. Delivery time was May4-12th. Come May 12th I call DHL and they state that they never received the order from the shipper. I contacted Teespring Customer Service by email 2 days later I get am email back from a customer Service rep. I reply to her email but now Teespring has vanished. The phone number doesn't allow you to talk to a live person and I am now out $47 bucks for a sweatshirt. This is BS in my book. I have my own online business and don't conduct my business this poorly. Shame on you Teespring!

I would give zero stars but that's not an option. This crap company stole a design from a private non profit dog rescue who takes in bully breeds in the Baltimore Maryland area. The proceeds from THEIR shirts go right to the dogs.

Way to steal from defenseless dogs!

Poor quality

The printing on my ordered sweatshirt had poor color and definition. The sweatshirt was unusually thin, and looked cheap.

I tried to return it to the sending address and the post office informed me it was not a valid address. This does not foster credibility. I have contracted Teespring and will see if they make good on this order.

After writing the original review, I finally made contact with Teespring. They have offered a replacement which satisfied me. To date there are three emails back and forth, and no confirmation on a replacement. Supposedly they are going to make good on this order.

Great service!

I ordered a shirt for my wife and it arrived. It was way too small, contacted customer service and they said that shirt runs small and asked what size I thought she'd need. It is being shipped next week! No hassle, don't even have to send the old shirt back. I can donate it to charity or something.
I have used tee spring before and have always had great service. The print on the shirts is clear and sharp.

First my order did not show up. I contacted teespring and they acted like it must have gone to the wrong address.
So then they acted like they are doing me a favor and said I guess we will print you another one at NO CHARGe and we send it to you... I'm like I know you will because those things are expensive anyway and it wasn't my fault.
So several weeks later it finally shows up.
I watched it yesterday and most of the black lettering has faded away in one wash. I am so disappointed. I bought this shirt because it says happiness is being a Grammy and was looking forward to wearing it a lot
