These are not premium quality shirts, they are a very thin 50/50 blend. Screening looks like they barely used any ink. So disappointed at what I go and the prices I paid. Stick with Cafe Press, they have a quality product.

When my t-shirt arrived (good quality, good print), it had a hole! My enquiries to the Customer Service section were answered promptly initially and they asked for photos. Which I sent, not once, three times, only to never hear from them again. So they must think that it is reasonable for me to accept a $40 t-shirt with a hole it it!

Cancelled Order

I ordered a shirt for my mom that she absolutely loved. The transaction went through and I was under the assumption that it was on its way and would be recieving it in a few days. I waited a week and still no shirt, upon checking my order I found that it had been canceled and I was not notified. I was extremely dissapointed at how poor the service was and won't buy anything from here again.

Cheap copy

I have ordered several tee shirts from this company but man when they mess up they try and pass it off as good work. They have been using Tombstone sayings to sell tee shirts but one in particular with a supose likeness of Kirk Russell NOT this is the worse tee shirt and the cost is unexceptable. I had to fight to get my money back for a Tee shirt that was not even finish the excuses were many when I did a screen shot of the shirt they were selling and the one they sold me I finally got a refund. But no luck on the current tee shirt.

I bought a T-shirt from T spring it was promised to have glow-in-the-dark it did not when I complain to the company they said each person is responsible for their own advertising and if it's wrong it's not their fault I'm out $30 for a crappy T-shirt DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a t shirt in 2x because I wear a lg/xl in most shirts, but I was uncertain of their sizing, but when the shirt came, it was sized like a med or smaller. The tag said 2x, but no way! I tried to get my money back, but I've just got a run around asking for pictures that show the "problem", but since the tag says 2x, pictures are useless. I have at shirt in the bag and I'm out $29. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Never recieved my shirt. Contacted customer service (who to their credit have so far been very polite), who said it got lost in transit and my options were to take a free store credit for a free shirt of the same price, give or take 5 dollars, or to get a reprint of the same shirt. I asked for the reprint, and they said that the original size I'd ordered wasn't available and I could have one a size smaller. Bearing in mind I've read a ton of reviews that the sizes are made too small anyway, this is not good enough. I've never used the site before and so will be very unlikely to use a free store credit - I should be being offered a refund when the product I ordered never arrived and they cannot supply me with another one. Will never be using teespring again and I advise you to do the same. Not happy.

Ordered quite a few shirts from them over the course of the years. Fabric is always kind of cheap but logos are funny or relevant so I kept ordering. Had a misprint/bad print and received the worst customer service ever. Its a 6 dollar t shirt but they wanted me to take pictures and e mail and wait for approval to receive another shirt. Come on its a 6 dollar shirt and I have to wait weeks for a replacement. Times must be tough. Last order from them ever

The shirt is cute, the stitching is good, & it shipped when they said it would, BUT... the fabric is a lot thinner than I expected for the price, & the size is off. I ordered a size larger than I normally where, just in case, but it fits like a size smaller. I can't find any customer service contact info on their website to see if I can return it.

I was so excited to order this shirt for my husband for Father's Day. However, the excitement turned to frustration and hostility. Teespring promised shipping withing 6 business days. After checking my "tracking number" repeatedly and seeing it continued in the printing phase I contacted customer service. I was assured it would be here by Father's Day. I continued to contact the "customer service" person, but she quit responding. So, then I did a live chat and was informed that the company had a problem with inventory and that I would receive the shirt by 6/26. The date came and went and still no shirt. Finally, 5 weeks after I ordered, the shirt arrived and it is HUGE. The size descriptions and pictures are ridiculously inaccurate. What is really funny is that just last week I received a 2nd shirt! I truly wonder if this "company" is a front for some type of criminal activity. I wish there was a minus star rating I could give them.

I ordered two items but never received them. I wanted a reimbursement. Then they asked if I wanted the items and my correct address, which they already had. No, I had asked for reimbursement and again gave my address. Then they asked again my correct address. I repeated that I wanted my money back. Then nothing. No answer to emails, just nothing. So this "company" is a fraud. Do not trust them, they are after your money and you'll never receive anything.
Update: after many weeks of silence I received an email that my money would be reimbursed. And yes, on 6 August my money was there! So I withdraw my opinion that they are a fraud. They are just highly inefficient. Considering that I ordered on 6 April with a delivery date of 4-10 May, got info of alleged shipping on 21 April, then emails telling me to wait until 24 June, then no answers at all anymore, this came as a surprise to me. The reason for the delay: they were so busy. Yeah, I can imagine...

I received my sweatshirt in a reasonable amount of time and was generally happy with the product. What irritated me was that the tag had a cut through it and I'm knowledgeable enough to know that this is an indication that the garment is a second. If they're selling seconds they should tell people and the price should reflect it.

I ordered two sets of shirts (custom designed) and needed to arrive on time. The shipping was estimated 4-7 days. I was not happy but i had no other choices at that moment. I assumed it would be closer to 4 rather than the 7. After checking back in a few days, they decided to add another 4-5 days for shipping. They are suppose to come from USA. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to $#*!ing ship something from east coast, unless your using snailmail.

I have not received the product yet, but if this is how they ship, god knows how the end result will be.

Horrible! I contacted customer service to voice my complaint. All they did was apologize without any remorse. I asked for a supervisor to call me back to do better and no word! Useless crap company!

DO NOT USE THEM!

Teespring is a rip off. I ordered my shirt on 6/7 but expected delivery is 7/7 - are you serious? Get your act together and run a business better then how you are. What a joke. I will never order from this piece of crap website again. Lesson learned.

I just recieved my order. I usually wear an XL, but to be safe I ordered a 2x in case they run small. Boy... the 2x fits like a medium or large. Part of what is so upsetting is that you have to wait for freaking ever to even get the dang shirt and then you get it and realize that it doesn't even fit! The bottom hem is barely hemmed and rolls up on you so you constantly have to fix it. So annoying. I will never, EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER order from Teespring again. Did I say that clearly enough? I wil never do business with this company again.

Update. They sent email asking what size I needed and they where having item printed and shipped to me a Free replacement. I will let you all know the result.
