I am a fitness instructor and lover of sarcasm. I have ordered numerous tanks and t-shirts and have always been satisfied. Before I received my last order, a friend gifted me the exact tank I ordered for myself. When I contacted teespring regarding a return or exchange, they stated that they do not accept returns but for me to plelase donate the tank to someone and offered an in-store credit. You can't ask for better service than that to guarantee a repeat customer. Thanks TeeSpring!
I bought a tshirt and when it arrived the lettering was horrible. It looked like it had been washed 10 times. I emailed them and they immediately apologized and told me to send pics. I sent 6 pics and have not heard anything from them. I actually have sent the pics on four different occasions... NOTHING. Now I'm stuck with a $30 shirt in a bag. I'm very disappointed.
After paying $5 for shipping they did not ship my order for over a week got refund. I suggest not to order from here unless you don't mind waiting a month.
I have now made two orders through TeeSpring: 4 pieces the first time (a fitted tee, a standard tee, a long-sleeved tee and a hoodie), and 2 standard t-shirts the second time.
The 6 pieces total were gifted to 5 different people. I knew the sizes of 4 of these people and had no issues with fit. The fifth person I wasn't sure about, so I checked the sizing chart. None of the sizes were of any issue, although the 5th person has yet to try his on.
For both orders, it did take time for the items to arrive, but they certainly arrived, and the two orders were shipped to two different addresses. I don't recall how accurate the tracking was, but as I wasn't in a hurry to have the items, it didn't matter.
The both orders were white on black. Printing was perfectly clear, and did not feel cheap. The second order had a design with more detail, and some shading, and I had expected that it could turn out to be a mess if the printing was not done well, but it turned out as advertised and since I had expected the worst - I was thrilled. (Especially since I wanted to give one to my father who works in printing!) I've included a photo of one of these shirts.
The garments themselves were good quality - Gildan was the manufacturer of the latest purchase and it was a happy and sad thing to see, because I know that the company makes quality shirts, but I also know that they were forced to move their manufacturing to Asia when no one was willing to pay for Canadian manufacturing costs in the mid-90's. So anyone whining about where the shirts were made can take a long, hard look in the mirror.
Bought a small shirt, it came and was to tight. Chatted with them and sent me a new shirt one size up. Received it and guess what? It's exactly the same size as the first one. Chatted again with someone, and lost contact during chat, now they blocked me! I want a refund and now don't know if I will get it. If I don't, I'm reporting them to the better business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm really disappointed with my orders. I have ordered 2 or 3 times and each time, product arrives very poor quality. I paid WAY too much for a racer back tank top that I can SEE THROUGH. That is CHEAP!
I purchased a t-shirt from "TeeSpring", which took several months to arrive. Their business model is to gather 6000 orders, make the money and then send to china for $500 with a return date of 1-2 months, Owner keeps a nice junk of change, while the rest of us bought into the SCAM and LIE.

I was skeptical at first, reading the reviews got me worried. But I ordered 2 hoodies and the sizing is perfect, shipped earlier than expected and of great quality!
I bought a T-shirt months ago, Seeing it didn't arrive I waited the time they asked and finally decided I wanted a refound. Then is when customer service disapeared and they no longer reply my emails. In conclusion: no T-shirt, no money. Take a stroll to a pyisical shop and stay away from these invisible shirt dealers.
Ordered a gorgeous tee shirt in a women's large that fit more like a small. Customer service wanted me to take pic of shirt showing label, take pic of shirt showing tape measure measuring from sleeve to sleeve, find my size again on the chart, and on and on. All I wanted was a return label. Beautiful tee - terrible sizing and horrible customer service. They could not have cared less that I was unhappy. The shirt is so small I can't even stretch it out to wear it.
I had someone who ordered a ladies premium tshirt in size 2x and found that it fit more like an xl. I contacted teespring and had to send various EMAILS to talk as they don't communicate by phone. After they had me to take pictures of the the shirt, send emails, wait on them to respond, I was finally told that they would do a free digital print to correct the problem. Was told that we could keep the 1st shirt and gift it if we chose to. Cool. So my friend orders a 4x thinking ok, that might fit more like a 3x, and after washing it, it may shrink even more to her true size. So after about 3 weeks, they finally send the 4x and guess what? Its a different tag in the shirt from the 1st one, It's a deeper color red, it's a different cut, and the lettering is smaller. Furthermore more, we held the shirts up together, and they actually look the same SIZE. I contacted Teespring AGAIN, very furious because now I'm embarrassed about this whole ordeal. Thankfully it was only a friend of mine that experienced this disaster with me and not a stranger supporting my campaign. So, Teespring apologizes and says they can't send another free print, but will refund the money. Lol I'm thinking, do you really think I want ANOTHER screw up? No thanks, just send her money back. So yeah, that's my review. I absolutely hate them, their customer service sucks, and I will be joining the ecommerce world and do business in Shopify now. If there was a 0, that's the rating I'd give them.
Paid $26.00 for a black tank top that is so thin you can see straight threw it. Nothing like having to buy another tank top to be able to wear the one I bought from Teespring
Ordered a sweatshirt July 21,2016. As of September 15,2016 still not received. The email I received from them on July 31 said the item is on its way, offering the ability to track my order. But when I click on the link it says my order is shipped. That's all it says. They said I would receive the order by September 16. I highly doubt this. My suggestion to everyone who has done business with them is to contact the attorney general of your state. If enough of us complain they will get shut down as they should. Ridiculous!
Have to say that I've never had a worse experience than I had with TeeSpring this week. They cancelled my order and forgot to notify me, and I was therefore unable to get the product I had wanted, as the campaign had finished. They could provide me with no reasonable explanation as to why I had not been notified, and refused to reprocess it.
They continually failed to ship "Tipped" campaigns, sent the payments I DID make to the wrong paypal address, told me they would correct it and put the money back into my TeeSpring account so I could cash it out to the proper Paypal account, and then disabled my account before I could. I'm still waiting to hear back as to why it was disabled. I have a suspicion it had to do with a different campaign, but I obtained permission to use a character from the artist directly, even though my design falls under Fair Use Parody. Unfortunately, I don't know for sure because they haven't responded to me. They just shut my account down and kept my money.
Been waiting for more than a month for an overpriced t shirt. No sign of it yet.
Tee shirts are way too small. Their xl ladies won't fit a child. Shoved it in a drawer with the rest of my bad puechases.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot contact anyone if there is a problem - you call the phone # and get a recording asking you to email. You email and get a response that someone will get back to you in 24 hours. After 24 hours they email back saying everything is fine with your order... blah blah bull crap. BUYER BEWARE - not a reputable company. Save your money!
Every time I tried to order a shirt they sent me a description of my order with the wrong color. Three times in a row. At first I thought I made the mistake. But not three times. Ended up cancelling every time. Can't get customer service. Tried calling. Was referred back to website. Tried chat room. Was told chat was cancelled because no one was available. It's almost like this business was set up to aggravate people. Not worth the hassle
