Ordered a sweater clicked the wrong one both sweaters were on at the same time called the very next day there was no way they could switch bc of the campaign but both were running still didn't make sense not to have that option just to CHNAGE size and colour. ALSO the lettering on back and front looks nothing like the photo it's like it wasn't dry and some of it got stuck on something. The quality is not worth the price! Lesson learned.
Poorly printed shirt half of it is unreadable. Took forever to get it. Poor quality shirt. Don't waste your money.
We ordered three things at once. All had a due date of 12/15. Two of the items didn't ship until I complained. I don't know what the heck is going on, but they just can not be trusted. I feel ripped off. I won't be able to get a refund until I refuse the shipment and it heads back to them, and that's not going to be until after Christmas for something I ordered in November. They sent me tracking on the 9th of December, it didn't ship until the 14th. When we ordered in November, we were hoping to get it by the 13th for an event. Didn't happen. I am at my wits end with these people. If you get your order, feel lucky. I got one third of mine on the 11th while the rest hadn't even been shipped! Terrible, terrible company.
The one we did get was a medium and the arms are so wide my legs could fit inside it.
Shirt decal very poorly made. Looks like a cheap 1.00 iron on I could have done myself. Not cool looking like the picture on the website. Very disappointed.
Just got it in and yes it's CHEAP LOOKING and it has something gray all over the sleeves like maybe the Hoodie was on a dirty floor. It's the Hoodie that has the word love across it with a gun, badge, sticks and hand cuffs. I like it but not what I expected. After reading all the reviews I'll keep it, wash it and hope that dirt or whatever it is comes out. I don't want to bother sending it back, I just won't order again.
I ordered my tee in late September. The first shirts shipped out early October, but never received it. I contacted them and they said there was an issue with the delivery and I can ether have my money back and buy something else for the next reprint of the shirt. I opted to go with the reprint. The shirt was shipped again late October and was supposed to be delivered NOV. 3rd. Guess what?!?!?! Still no shirt! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
We bought 4 shirts for our office Christmas picture. Two of the girls ordered shirts that were too large so I called to see if we could send them back and get new ones. They sent us new ones and asked us to donate the larger ones to someone in need. Very nice! Original package came back faster then they estimated
TERRIBLE customer service.
I placed an order and the clothes were sent to a wrong address. I've been waiting for literally 1+1/2 months. I contacted them and they say I can either wait until they get them back from USPS (take forever) or they can refund me and donate my clothes. So they rather lose all the money from the order and leave me frustrated than reprint them and send them again. I explained this to them, but all I got is a "Can I help you with anything else? Have a Tee-rrrific day"

Since I was the one who recommended the site and created the campaign for the person interested, I feel the responsibility to let everybody else know about their Customer Service.
If everything works out for you, I guess you'll be happy, but if it doesn't, you will NOT be helped. At least that was my experience
The website promoted their product as a great Christmas gift, yet after check out the order confirmation had an expected delivery date of January 8th. I contacted the company questioning this and asking to have the product delivered prior to Christmas as advertised. They then proceeded to send me an email thanking me for my cancellation of order. I had not actually requested a cancellation but now I'm glad I won't have to deal with this company any further.
The majority of the designs on this site are put up there by people who have no rights to sell them. The artists whose designs are being stolen and sold are constantly fighting this site to have them removed. They DO NOT do anything about the thefts. While they front themselves as a fund raising site for causes and charities, they are nothing more than an easy way for copyright infringers to hide their identities and have their little pop-up sales of stolen images. The company pretty much ignores DMCA takedown notices and artists are now having to go to their hosting and registry companies to try and put a stop to the thefts. Please do not buy anything from this site unless you are 100% sure the person has the right to sell it (IE: you know for certain the artist is the one selling it or it's a group you belong to selling it). Hint: If it's an ad you're seeing in places like Facebook 99.99% of the time that is NOT the artist selling it.
If you do order from a campaign on there:
1. You may not get anything at all. A good many of these scam artists take your money and vanish. They can do this because TeeSpring does not require any verification of identity or usable contact info.
2. If you do receive a shirt, it's most likely going to have horrible print quality because these thieves are lifting preview images from other print on demand services such as TeePublic, Design By Humans and Threadless. They are not using printable quality image which is why you get blurry, pixelated printing on the shirts.
I am more than pissed! Well over a month and a half ago I ordered 3 Hoodies and 1 Tee. I have received one T and one Hoodie! I have been in contact with tee spring through email. With promises of a phone call on Monday October 25... no phone call NO PRODUCT! They even went as far as to LIE and send me a email saying "Your order has shipped" then 4 days later sent me another email stating "Your order is printing" How can my order have been shipped when it was NOT even printed? They are liars and thieves! Legal action is being taken... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Placed the order on July 25, received it on Oct 23. The image of the elephants is so faded that I almost could not recognize them as elephants. I compared the image of what Teespring sent me to their advertisement, and was appalled at the difference. I sent the company the aforementioned images, and they responded, "we are sorry that you are not happy". I can only pray that the elephants will benefit at least a slither of my contribution.
I have ordered my t-shirt from them during mid-May of 2015. And now its the end of October 2015 and I have yet to receive my ordered item.
I had to keep asking them about the status of my order almost every month. They would just tell me to wait, wait, and wait.
I have asked for assistance regarding the issue on my order and why hasn't it arrive when they ship it for the SECOND time. And I have yet to receive any replies from them even though it's been a week. (they have stated that it would take up to 48hours to receive assisntance on the matter) 48 = 2days, not a week.
I have to say, I am deeply disappointed with them and wouldn't ever order anything from them again even if it's a really nice t-shirt.
I order the shirt on the 23 of September they said it would arrive on the 8th. Check my email today and now it isn't til the 13-14 that is ridiculous if you say something is coming on a date follow through. I paid too much money to be jerked around.
I ordered a 4XL "Retired Dispatcher" shirt to make sure that I had enough room but it looks and fits someone that's a medium and the quality is poor. The only positive is the printing. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

Full color photo and text on the back turned out great. FRONT however... Let's just say the logo was uploaded solid green. And when I got it, Solid Yellow! 100% inaccurate... WTF?
Don't do it, you'll be terribly disappointed...
UPDATE: I received a NEW shirt (a whole month later) and now with DIFFERENT problems! Purple text on back turn out unreadable blurry pink, and solid green logo on front turned out 2 different colors. How does that even happen? Terrible company, terrible support, period. Avoid at all costs.
I only received half of my order. When I contacted them, they replied needing more info (putting me off). My 3 emails since then have gone unanswered and the mug I ordered on March STILL says printing. Definitely will avoid in the future no matter how awesome the tshirt/mug/etc
I have purchased two long sleeve tee-shirts, two short sleeved tee-shirts, a tank top, and a hooded sweatshirt. They have all been prompt in arriving after the closing date on the design. The short sleeve tee-shirts run a little small and the long sleeve tee-shirts are nice and loose. I am very satisfied with my purchases and will order again I'm sure. I loved the initial idea of this tee-shirt making company. I mean, I didn't have to deal with pre-orders or handling of a mass number of shirts that often go unpurchased. But after seeing how inept Teespring is with fulfilling orders, I wish I had gone with a different fundraising model. Very few people I have spoken to received their order correctly. What was printed on their packing slip was not the same as the items that came in the bag. Men were receiving ladies shirts, ladies were receiving mens tanks and none of the sizing was right. Medium ladies shirts fit like a small with risk of shrinkage with 100% cotton material, while other medium ladies shirts fit like a large shirt dress. Inconsistency all around, and I am disappointed that the company will not correct their errors on the whole, but only on a case-by-case basis. I can only imagine how much they will lose in correcting their quality mistakes, but when I asked customer service what they will do differently next time to ensure this doesn't happen again, I did not get a sense that they had a plan in place. The concept of this company was a good one, but they failed upon execution. I would not recommend them unless they drastically improve their process and work flow.
