This company only creates an order with their printer after they have sold enough of a certain pattern to make it worth while for them. So your order will sit on their desk for as long as it takes. Then they ship with the SLOWEST shipping possible! Often times losing track of your order in the meantime!
When you get frustrated and ask them where your order is, they send you back a glib response about it being on its way and to hold tight...!
Very poor service! If you've come hear to determine if you'll buy from them, I suggest you stay clear of Teespring! Spend your money with a more reputable company who will fulfill your order in a timely manner and respond to you with respect and responsibility! I will never buy from them again!

I can't wait for my Tee

When I read all these bad reviews on this company it saddens me. I have found so many Long sleeved Equine Tees to wear riding and they are made of a nice thick tee - shirt material. My orders are always right on time like I ordered one last Thursday and I will get it Tuesday of this week. If I were you, I would just buy a tee and make your own opinion before going by what you read, what have you got to loose. The customer service has always answered my questions with no problems, And No I'm getting paid for this review, its just how I feel

Bad bad company

Wish I had never ordered they won't tell me where my order is and on the live chad Rachel said sorry I can't tell you anything, and wouldn't answer any of my questions at all, no way to do business. Someone claiming to be them trying to get more money out of me without even the correct info and Teespring won't even respond to my inquiry about that.

I ordered 5 shirts from then for the entire family. It took forever to get them and when sending a mail to them for status they never replied. I finally got a confirmation that they had shipped but when they got here they were all the wrong color and sizes from what I ordered. When I asked them to correct there order I was told there business model doesn't support this and nothing can be done. I'll never order from them again.

Never received my order

I ordered a shirt when it didn't come I emailed them. Their response was they needed to hire more staff and that I would get it in two weeks. Two weeks later I emailed them again. They never responded. The shirt is paid for.

Don't trust them

I ordered a Tshirt and they duplicated the order. I called to cancel one and they said they couldn't do that and I would just have to refuse it, saying when they received it back, I would be reimbursed. Well, I refused both almost a month ago and have yet to see a refund nor email. When I call them, their phones lines are so busy, they have a recording and then hang up.

I have ordered a few items from Teespring and have never had any problems with payment or shipping. They even sent me an extra jersey once, that I wasn't charged for and I have it to my friend. Cheers guys

Never again

I ordered a t-shirt in the beginning of December. The offer was for free shipping and the estimated delivery was December 28th. Even though it was a Christmas present I told my husband one of his gifts would be a few days late. Well its January 4th and I still haven't received the shirt. Every time I track the item, the estimated delivery date is later and later. Not only that, but they charged me for shipping when it clearly said FREE SHIPPING! I wont order from here again.

Ordered a shirt for Christmas in November which was promised for the 15th of December. There tracking system is completely broken and my shirt never arrived and after waiting ages for a reply they finally told me It was "lost in transit", I agreed to get another one printed out but after being told It'll take another month, I got annoyed and asked for a refund but they said no! So annoyed, never doing business here again!

I ordered from Teespring in november and was given pre christmas delivery date, the shirt did not arrive and tracking stopped on 17 december. I contacted customer service who replied "your shirt is lost in transit thank you. If there is anything else please contact us" Like knowing it is lost is good enough reason for me to pay them £25. I asked for a refund twice, they offered a partial refund and told me to return the shirt I have not received for a full refund. With this level of incompetent service I would recommend staying clear of them.

Ordered a shirt in Sept. Happy to take my money but no shirt. I have tried to contact but no response. I think it's time we ban together and report there $#*!! I'm going to contact fb and whom ever I can.

Ordered a shirt late Nov. Received email saying it was shipped Dec 11. I still do not have a shirt or response to repeated emails. There never was a time I could get any thing but recorded "too many calls" response on the phone. They have my money, I have nothing

Placed an order for my 15 year old daughter. It was suppose to be here by Christmas. Contacted by email on the 21st, heard nothing till the 23rd. CS stated it would be here, if not contact them again. Emailed Christmas night, haven't heard anything. The mail company DHL that they use were on strike. It's now the 27th of December, checked tracking and it still hasn't updated since the 16th. Tried to call and their experiencing a high call volume. Hmmm wonder WHY! Maybe they have totally SCREWED UP.

To late for Christmas

They sent me an e-mail advertising a tee shirt that was for Christmas, so I ordered it for one of my Grandsons, sent them an E-mail asking where the tee shirt was. There answer was they advertise a shirt, take orders for a period of time, then print the shirts, it is now December 24,2015 and still no tee shirt. How stupid to advertise a Christmas Tee Shirt, knowing that it won't arrive so it can be worn before Christmas!

I bought a pullover from them but when it arrived it was too small. I have had zero problems with their customer service. I was offered either a full refund or store credit. Due to the excellent service I took store credit which I will use for my next order. Thanks teespring

Refund or a new shirt with the saying on the front. The saying is on the back of the shirt not on the front where I wanted to be, what is the use of wearing it if it is on the back.

Satisfaction is guaranteed, if you don't like anything about your shirt you can exchange or get your money back, if you didn't, well you just didn't try calling that number! Got several shirts from them, all great quality, both designs and apparel.

Bad, Bad, Bad

Ordered the Great White Christmas Sweater-Style T-shirt and they sent me some "airline pilot" shirt instead. No packing slip, no nothing. Really sketchy. I almost feel like they sent me the wrong shirt on purpose in hopes that I wouldn't demand a refund. Eck. Never again.

For $25 plus shipping you would think you would get a quality shirt, but no these are thin cheap $#*!ts, probably cost them about $2 each, and then when you do pay the price for the shirt you are lucky if you get it in the next 2 months or so, was promised the latest shirt before Christmas of course tracking says Christmas eve but not one of the other shirts I ordered had an accurate shipping arrival time on it so I don't expect this one will either

Imagine getting a $20 T-shirt on which shipping has been paid AND being charged another $24 in duty, tax, processing fees and transaction fees. These ifdiots send a single T-shirt in a bag by DHL Express as if it was a life and death situation and there is NO choice in the shipping method.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE don't deal with these guys!
