This company takes your money fast, but fills your order at a snail's pace. It's been two weeks since I placed an order, and every time I check the status, it's still "In production." I ordered a mug and had ordered the same mug previously, twice. They already have the artwork, so there's no new artwork to slow things down. The timeframe for anticipated shipping dates in the email confirmation obviously will not be met since it's still in production. Don't waste your time contacting them, because they don't respond. This will be the last time I order from this company! If they're backlogged, they need to stop accepting orders until they're caught up.
Purchased this Bondi rescue hoodie ($70+CDN + import fees) for myself for Christmas. Design started to fall off after 2nd wash. I always wash my hoodies inside out & cold cycle. I own 23 hoodies. Have never come across such poor quality. Very disappointed :( (pic are web pics vs condition now)
**Update: replacement or credit pending. Appreciated however still out import fees and was really excited for this hoodie.

Ordered a tee shirt, delivery was estimated at 3-7 business days. 3 weeks later I track the package and it still says in production. So I sent an email and 3 days later I get an email back saying "our production team is working extremely hard to get your order in the next couple of weeks" so I said enough is enough and ask for a refund. Took another three days for an email stating that he had to make sure he could cancel with his production team before giving me a refund. This is where I got mad, it had been almost a month past the promise time, there is no reason a customer shouldn't get a refund at that point. I emailed back stating that and another 3 days later I got an email stating I would have my refund in 3-5 days. Still haven't seen the refund. If you want to wait months for a low quality tee shirt definitely order from these jabronis.

I spent hours creating shirt designs, sweaters, and even stickers. I was trying to sell merch to customers that wanted to support my company. When a customer actually bought something it never arrived, I had to pay out of pocket to my customer and apologize about the situation. I then tried ordering a bunch of samples to see what the issue is and the same thing happened. I spent over $150 ordering a sample and nothing, tried reaching out and no contact all. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I ordered a shirt from them and according to there website it has "in production" for 23 days. It is a week past what they said was the latest it would arrive. They have not answered emails. You call their number and it tells you to go to their site and use their live customer service chat but their site says they have disabled it. There is no way to contact the company about problems.

I was very excited about opening a store on Teespring and bought a domain name and uploaded designs to sell. I got people actually liking my designs and buying them, but no delivery. Orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago and there's no customer service rep you can call for any inquiries. I feel very disappointed and embarrassed and ripped off. I was looking forward to promoting my merchandise business and went to the extent to promote it on Facebook and Instagram and creating great, original designs. If you're going to rip people off, be transparent about it and just go out of business. You don't have any real deadlines and no support at all and as an aspiring business owner, that is heartbreaking and disappointing. I'm moving my custom domain name I bought from you and opening my store somewhere else where there's more integrity and accountability.

There are not enough words in the English language for me to use to express my complete and utter disgust with this company. I ordered a shirt for my husband, ONE single shirt, on 12/30/22 as a late Christmas gift, with an estimated delivery date between 1/12-1/16. I have sent 3 emails now without a single response, NO updates on the tracker since 1/20; and the tracker still claims that it's "In Production" and has been since 1/1/23.
I cannot imagine how maddening this must be for the actual content creators who undoubtedly must lose money from people not wanting to purchase their items because Teespring, or Spring, or whatever the hell they call themselves, is not reliable or trustworthy. I don't think I'll ever get my t-shirt and there isn't anywhere else I can get it since the creator's shop (Carbot Animations) is set up through this trash company. And, I have no idea how to even get my money back because, again, not a soul apparently is hired to read and respond to emails.

Orderd 16rh today is the 25th and still nothing Shipped.said 3_7 days to ship. Horrible service with taking week plus print 2 words on a hoodie an ship. And I'd see but prices way over priced as well. 50 a hoodie. Can buy designer for thr price.
I ordered a hoodie on 05 January and it is currently 25 January. Teespring doesn't have a direct contact line and their live chat is currently unavailable. The only way to contact Teespring is by email and they won't respond to any of my inquiries about my purchase or allow a refund, but they continually send me emails asking me to buy more merchandise. I wanted to help support creators, but my experience with Teespring has been nothing, but negative and they essentially stole my money. I will never purchase anything from Teespring again and caution anyone who tries to do so.

Teespring is a group of scammers, I purchased a domain at 11th January 2023, today is 19th January, the domain is still not working. I've sent too many emails to the support team but they are not replying to me. I've installed emails tracker extension, so I know which of my emails are open. They open my each and every email but after reading, they don't reply. Worst ever company, worst ever support, keep away from Teespring or Spri.ng. They are completely frauds.

This has been the most frustrating experience. I ordered my hoodie over 3 weeks ago and I've never once received any correspondence from TeeSpring. I have emailed repeatedly. I even check my spam folders 4-5 times a day in case their reply doesn't make it through spam filters.
I wish they had a live chat feature or a phone number to call, but their chat says unavailable, and they only have a recording on the one customer support line I've been able to find. I've attempted to reach them 5 different times now. I've used 2 different email addresses, just in case for any reason one of my emails was getting blocked. After making the purchase initially, I never even received a confirmation email confirming the order. It's so bizarre because clearly the order processed, I was even given the order number after purchased was confirmed. I was charged. When I use their tracking page to track that order number, it says that order doesn't exist. That's the only thing I've ever purchased on Spring. They have a page where you can enter your email and it will tell you what orders you've placed. When I put my email address in, it tells me they've successfully sent me order updates to my email…but I don't get any updates. Just as an experiment, I put in my other email address that I didn't use to order anything, and it tells me that email address has not made any purchases.
I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before ordering.

These MFs have the most jacked up $#*!ing system ever. I create the products, list them as public and cant see them in my $#*!ing store after i post them. I create a product, try to list it and it tells me that my listing ended RIGHT AFTER I $#*!ING LIST IT. It is $#*!ing impossible to delete ANYTHING. I've created like 3 $#*!ING STORES WORTH OF PRODUCTS and cant see ANY OF THEM! WTF is wrong with these $#*!ing clowns?

They've cut most of their staff and have no customer service to speak of. If you work with them, don't expect to get paid.

I ordered a Mariah Elizabeth product for my daughter and it has never arrived (currently nearly a month late). Spring site says it has been shipped but the tracking number provided is invalid. The email and chat links to contact Spring don't work but I have managed to find their email elsewhere and have contacted them twice. I haven't recieved any response.
Do not use this site! They clearly don't have enough people working for them currently or an operating IT system. Not fit for purpose.
