Zero Product and Zero Response

Ordered a single item 2/27/23 and was to be delivered by 3/23/23 at the latest. It's now 4/4/23 and they have no responded to my emails nor is there any way to reach them. Order has been listed as "in production" since 2/27/23.

So I ordered two tee shirts and a sticker from Teespring, now Amaze, on March 10 with delivery date between March 23-27, but was over billed from my bank right away. Never received confirmation email. Luckily I took screen shot of order showing these 3 items. Sent email to customer service asking how to track order and got automated reply giving no information to track. Sent several more emails with no response. Package arrived April 4, with FOUR tee shirts and NO sticker! I'm not even going to bother trying to send the two extra shirts back to receive credit. With such lousy customer service, I see no point. These shirts definitely don't run slim as advertised either. First time in my life I've taken time to write a bad review but owe it to others using their site. The total billed to me doesn't even match cost and shipping of four shirts either. Doesn't anyone take pride in their jobs or care anymore?

I've waited 2 months for a shirt and it still hadn't even been shipped yet or produced. Now been waiting a month for a refund with no hope. This is a terrible company with a million excuses of why their service is terrible. It's not their fault but some other company even when you ask for a refund they blame someone else. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM! WARNING!

Dreadful Customer Service and Backend Systems
March 24, 2023

I ordered samples of 4 products a month prior to a large convention to show and model to our events team. 2 of the products were sent to me in the next 10 days. The convention starts today, and yesterday I contacted customer service to request a cancellation and refund of the 3rd and 4th items since they have yet to arrive. Shortly after my request, I get a notification saying my item has shipped. It hasn't, just the shipping label has been printed. The item still isn't scheduled to arrive for another 5 days, well after the convention. The 4th item won't arrive for another 2 weeks. Customer service informed me that they can't cancel the order since it has been shipped. So I sent in a complaint and they moved production of my items to the front of the line to prevent a refund. No apology for the delay or inconvenience. They managed to lose a customer over something so simple. Refund the cost of the last 2 samples, or eat it. It's a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. Thousands of dollars of revenue lost because a customer service rep wouldn't process a refund. So dumb.

The terrible customer service is on top of the main issue which is production time. Why would it take a month to produce a single sample? All 4 items had the same graphic. 2 came out right away. Why did it take a cancellation to get the remaining items back in the queue, which is obviously what happened?

Poor quality for a prenium price
March 24, 2023

The print is the worst I've ever seen, it`s barely legible. The stiching is really cheap just putting my hands in the pockets broke some of it. The hoodie took 2 months to get there.

HOLY CRAP DO THEY SUCK!

I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer support! I have had to cancel 4 or my orders for my clients because THEY COULD NOT FULFILL THEM WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! They said it was due to HIGH DEMAND but my orders were 1 shirt each. They have sunk to the bottom of the customer service rankings because they just do not give a damn about their clients anmy more! Go to Teepublic or RedBubble. Avoid Teespring like COVID-19!

I recently purchased a sticker from TeeSpring and I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the product. The sticker was nothing like what was advertised on the website. The colors were faded, the design was blurry, and the overall quality was poor.

It is incredibly frustrating to pay $7.99 for a product that is so far below the expected standard. I feel like I have been cheated out of my money and misled by the product presentation on the website.

Overall, my experience with TeeSpring has been incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend them to others at this time. I hope that the company takes this feedback to heart and works to improve the quality of their products in the future.

Stay Far Away

If I could give Spring a 0 I would. The most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with as a small business owner using a POD site for certain products. Any time there was an issue involving customer service they would promise a timeline and then not only not meet it, but go beyond the estimate by weeks. I requested prices to be updated, they said 24-48 hours and it would be done. Six weeks later and it still wasn't done. I purchased a domain name through them for my shop and had it set on auto renew. Well the auto renew date came and went and it didn't work. I contacted support and they told me that feature doesn't work and it would take 5 weeks to get my domain back. Two weeks into the process I changed my mind and told them to release my domain to me because I had too many terrible experiences with them and wanted to cut ties. They said another five weeks and I would have the code. Six weeks later and they tell me oh we actually can't release a code on an expired domain (even though it was their fault) and they didn't provide any other way for me to get my domain and they didn't take any responsibility for the issue. Spring is full of liars and has THE WORST customer service. If you request to speak to a supervisor they tell you that "they monitor closely" but they will never reach out to you. They are a terrible company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Half of the shirts I got printed were ruined after one wash cycle also. Terrible quality and the absolute worst people you ever have to deal with. Stay away - they rebranded as Spring FYI

Ordered a tshirt Dec 30,2022 and been given multiple delivery dates and customer service sucks! Wheres my order? Sent many emails since theres no number to call and keep getting the run around and now the order number cant be found. We started using Teespring back in 2020 and the shipping times were horribly slow. We moved to another company for a couple years but have not been happy with their quality. Teespring's was far better. So recognizing that COVID played a huge role in 2020 issues we decided to give them another change. One of our customers ordered on January 25 and the order still shows as "processing" He tried to reach out to the company (now "Spring") and heard nothing back. He let us know over a month later so we reached out on his behalf. Still no response. I really wanted to give them another chance because their quality is good, but it reflects poorly on us when we promote products and our customers don't receive them and get no response. We will definitely be seeking out yet another new company.

I ordered 2 tshirts at the end of January. Yes, its March 4 and still no email saying its shipped. Be honest, your website still states 9-12 days for production and shipping. This hasn't been true for months, so more people order, orders get back up and etc etc. Stop taking new orders, or at least be honest on the website so people wont order if they need soon.

Terrible company

Over a month later and the company still hasn't started on the order. When I send and email asking about it they keep responding with a generic response that doesn't answer any questions.
I have to do a charge back on the credit card since they refuse to fulfill my order.
I would avoid this company they are fraudulent.

Avoid This Company!

I had this company recommended to me by other content creators so I designed my first piece of merch and had a few samples created. Order was placed on Jan 24th and I was supposed to receive my two items on Feb 7th. Two weeks seems sort of long but okay.
Come Feb 9th I still haven't received my order so I reach out to them via email. They got back to me fairly quickly, the lady who I spoke to was very nice and explained they had some delays, okay fair enough.
Then all the sudden on Feb 15th my order arrived, wow those delays suddenly cleared up. But wait there is a catch, it was only my adult sweatshirt. The kids T-Shirt I ordered to give to my son was not with it. She did say the new projected arrival date was Feb 24th so okay okay I'll give it time.
It's now Feb 25th so I once again reached out and now I am being told my kids shirt should arrive by March 10th, an entire month after the original projected arrival date.

Now for the quality of my shirt and pricing. My shirt looks absolutely awful, I made very sure to use easily printable colors and that the quality guide was showing the print to come out in "excellent" quality. It looks nothing like what it shows on the website. My print is faded, looks old, and the colors are very dull and not even remotely close to the colors of my original design. It's honestly terrible. I will give them one thing, it's a pretty soft and comfy sweatshirt.
As for pricing, the want you to charge 25 dollars for a T-Shirt. That is not terribly high but you can go to Walmart and buy a better quality shirt for like 8 bucks. Oh and of that 25 Teespring is gonna keep like 20 of it.

In conclusion this is basically a cash grab company looking to leach off of new or newish content creators who are starting to grow and wanna sell merch. They rely on people like me who haven't learned yet. I would absolutely avoid them and instead find someone local who does quality work. At this point in your journey you probably won't have enough of a demand to require an online company do your printing. I've taken my store down, no way would I want any of my followers dealing with what I have.

This company is horrible.
I printed a white design on "premium" black garments. The ink quality was flimsy and started flaking after the first wash (inside out). It took FOREVER to ship. I ordered socks, too, that were a total disaster. Weird color streaks and a completely inaccurate graphic.

Some time has passed, and I thought I'd try again, with colored graphics on white garments and some stickers... After placing the order, I reached out immediately to cancel when I realized it would not meet my deadline. Customer service waited several days to respond to me - telling me my designs were already in production AND that I could not add a rush fee to help it along. Smash cut to a week later, they respond to me again, saying my products were now delayed BY WEEKS "due to high volume," so it appears they are talking out of both sides of their mouths, to serve themselves and mislead their customers.

BEWARE + GO ELSEWHERE!

Scam
February 20, 2023

I ordered a Tshirt through Spring Fan Apparel in early January, it's now February 19th and still no shirt. Customer service says they have yet to hear back regarding my cancellation, and it's been over a month. Complete scam. Don't purchase anything from this company.

Look below at the date of my purchase. Me asking for a refund on February 19th and still no luck. Absolute joke
