Firstable that size. I didnt expect that would be that long and big. Im very unhappy with quality as well. I was sure that will be beautiful like on the pictures. I ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt both with the same design. Delivery was much slower than promised and I was charged two separate delivery charges even though combined shipping is offered. Printing on the sweatshirt not very good either.:-/

Ordered three items... One item has arrived and is smaller then expected.one item supposedly has shipped. Third item cancelled... They claim my card was denied, however, the other two items ordered at the same time we're not cancelled due to this so called "card denied" excuse. Customer service was too incompetent to be of any help. In fact the customer service rep wanted me to email him my complete credit card info... including the three digit code from the back of the card and the expiration date... figure he was trying to scam me so he could steal my credit card number... that is how shady this business seems to be.

Address and qty ordered wrong. Emailed right away and surprise nothing we can do but give you a credit on the second item. I am disputing when they could just give a credit. I still have not received the order. BEWARE! NEVER ordering again on these sites! Should've known better!

I paid for there product and never recieved any of then they told to phone customs to see if it was there no help what so ever but had no trouble taking the money off my credit card

I didnt care that much about long shipping times or even that i had to pay like 20$ extra on shipping charges on already expensive items. BUT when the product wasnt even well printed i was verry disapointed. The prints looked like they made a first pass on painting but then forgot the second coat. The white print on black shirts came out looking half transparent and patchy. Both on custom shirts and ones in their standard shop but the custom one was way worse.

Very misleading with shipment costs had to pay nearly £20 over price of jumper and shipment which i would never have ordered if i had known

I ordered my hoodie from them on January 17th 2018. It took two weeks to process the order and it was sent DHL and arrived at the processing location here in Salt Lake City and assigned to a third party delivery service on Tuesday the 6th. It is now Tuesday the 13th and I just got it. I would have loved to be able to wear it when my daughter was in town over the weekend but sadly it was not the case. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to wait another 3 to 5 days then I found out that they just gave it to the post office here!

I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas and never received it. Had to email many times and show them my account to prove I payed for the shirt. Ended up with a shirt for myself. What a joke this was. Will not be using this place. And told my friends and family that I referred not to use them either. Bad service and quality of print is horrible.

I ordered a sweatshirt, $39.99 2 XL, a T-shirt $19.99 XL and was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! They were 2 difference between the two sizes, HONESTLY! Almost $80.00 for $#*! that is an embarrassment to give as a CHRISTmas gift! Still pissed I ordered on line! NEVER AGAIN!
