Long story short, the hoodie finally arrived. TeeSprings response was quite quick. Guess this was okay after all.
Basically I paid for a sweatshirt which never arrived. I would not recommend this site. And because I have to write 100 characters, although I did say all there is to say, here are some more characters.
Without any explanation nor warning, they disabled my account, took all my profits and basically threw me out the door without even hearing my side or explaining what would happen to my customers who paid for a product. They are actual thieves! F them. Never again!

Tee shirt was slightly on the small size and is a very tight fit. The two Tee's I ordered took a long time to arrive.
Although I paid £7.99 postage when I placed the order I then had to pay another £11 at my local post office as they had declared it incorrectly. It therefore made for a very expensive purchase.
Extremely happy with delivery time and products. Everything showed in a timely fashion and the products wear packaged nice and almost wearable fresh from delivery.
I'm extremely happy with the designs of the shirts I ordered. What I'm not thrilled with is the fact I got charged shipping for 5 shirts that were all ordered together and cane from the same exact location. Usually I pay shipping once for an order and not multiple times. The answer from customer service was less than desirable with this issue.
Bought a shirt to support a YouTuber and her show Dark Matters. The shirt I bought got a hole in it after the first couple of wears. Disappointing. The shipping was okay.
Everything I have ordered on teespring has arrived exactly as described and quality is as expected. Very fast delivery and never had an issue with defective or damaged items.
I ordered 6 shirts and was reasonably happy with the product. Print quality was good, but the fabric felt cheap.
However, I had to pay shipping on each individual item even though the order was placed as one order. This meant that the cost of shipping to New Zealand increased the total cost of my order by almost 40%.
It's ridiculous that they don't offer better shipping options.
Almost every other online clothing company I've ordered from offers consolidated shipping to reduce costs except teespring. This is the main reason I would not recommend this site, particularly to overseas customers.
I placed an order over Christmas for a printed hoodie with Teespring after seeing they were rated one of the highest in a 2017 Best Online Tshirt Printing Companies blog. They misprinted the design but apparently sent it anyway. There's clearly no quality control or ANYone to check the designs before sending it. It's as if they printed the design twice over the same spot. The quality looks like bad spraypaint. It's not opaque at all, and the quality is so grainy you can't see the design. See photos.
After reporting the design to them with photos, they offered a reprint. I took their offer. Two months passed and I never heard from them or saw my order. When I asked them where my order went or where my money is, they responded to tell me that they simply FORGOT my order, that it got cancelled in their system (no explanation why) and that they refunded me for it with a whopping 15% off to try buying from them again.
I didn't ask for a refund. I never got the OPTION for a refund. The original deal was that they'd reprint it 2 months ago! For the cost of the item and the quality of the outcome, with no customer satisfaction guarantee, I would not recommend this printing company to anyone who values quality products or any reputable service. With all of the competition out there, you are better off going with Zazzle (who has better return policies and who will actually follow through with said policies) or RedBubble.
Well, what I got was the most awful Dandie-sicker I`ve ever seen. I am so disapointet and be sure: I will newer order something from TeeSpring.

These guys are responding with lip service to a review, but zero response to me personally. I'm guessing the goal is to create an illusion of them giving a $#*!.
Ordered in January, it's now 2/16 and no sweatshirt. I've emailed the company to ask the status and they told me it would ship "this week" that was last week. I've since emailed asking for a status update, and nothing but crickets. Horrible customer service, will not be using them again and want to let everyone I can not to as well.

Shirt came with no print on back and costumer service very nice and sent correct sweatshirt right away and didn't request return of first one. Shirt is great quality and very warm
This review is to help Teespring and future Teespring customers.
I first ordered a hoodie around November 2017 to be sent to Germany from the USA. However, it didn't arrive as planned and got sent back. The reason, I later found out, was because the order did not include a receipt and my local customs clearance demanded evidence of my order (as well as the local tax on the product :/ ).
With my hoodie back in the US I lost hope of ever receiving it but I contacted the Teespring support team and a very kind and helpful employee by the name of Sonia resent the delivery free of charge (presumably a great Teespring policy) and I received it on the 15th of February.
I'm hoping Teespring can send the receipt with future orders to prevent these kinds of issues from happening (maybe it's just a problem for people in Germany, hopefully this review was helpful).
I like the different designs teespring comes up with, I recently purchased one that has a rebel flag cross and two big buck heads above it. The color I chose to go with it made it look really cool. I look forward to getting more awesome t-shirts really soon.
Really pleased with my first order from TeeSpring. The order was easy to place, i was kept informed all through the process as to when it would arrive and I was really happy with the shirt - the sizing was spot on and the quality was excellent.
2 shirts ordered from same "company" at same time. Teespring made me pay shipping twice. Its not the consumers fault that they choose to print in different areas. 2 shirts on same order should be (1) shipping rate. 1st shirt arrived within a week; 2nd took almost a month... and was blurry. "customer service" offered zero empathy or consolation. Will never give my hard earned money to any company involved with them.
