The first time I wore the t-shirt, I pulled it down and poked my thumbs right through the fabric making holes in both sides. The fabric was paper thin. Poor quality at best.

I can always count on the quality of their tee shirts and the printing. I collect Poodle shirts, and they have a lot of cute ones. I get them when expected, and they are always good quality shirts and printing. I share my choices with my Poodle friends.
The shirt I received didn't look like the one featured in their add. The letters were tiny and printed just beneath the neckline - if I hook sunglasses on my shirt neck you can't see what the shirt says. I expected one thing and got another. Very Low Quality Control.

I ordered 2 tee shirts on 12/11/2017 for Christmas gifts, received the confirmation email and said items would be here on 12/23/2017. I checked the tracking info on 12/19/2017 and noticed the the order was cancelled, checked with bank who said that the purchase was approved, checked the status again and noticed that the order was cancelled 6 hrs after purchase. Emailed them still no response, could reorder but it would cost $68.00 to ship in time for the holiday. Not happy at all

Ordered on December 3, didn't even ship out until the 15th, didn't arrive until the 20th. Shirt size chart is completely wrong. It said a unisex 2XL would be 38" around, the shirt is an utter tent on me, only suitable to wear as pajamas. The picture of the shirt on the website showed it was centered and took up most of the shirt. Produce received has grossly off centered design and artist's name in large print. Artist's name was not on the shirt pictured. Fabric is stiff and scratchy. Logo smells of chemicals. Won't be ordering ever again for this overpriced crap.

I know buying on line can be a gamble! But When you buy from the US you kind of expect a certain level of quality! The hoodie felt cheap and the stitching was of a very low quality! I will say the print was very well done over all the top was a disappointment Sorry.
Poor quality, wasn't made aware of extra custom costs, poor printing, took forever to come and when it did it was thrown in a plastic bag with know protection and stank of glue. The quality is so poor that I'm unable to give the hoodie as a gift in which it was brought for. Can not believe the bad bad quality of these products. Not happy and will be taking my complaint further

I placed an order on Nov 7th, and I never received the product. Plus, they charged my credit card for the full amount! When I contacted the customer service department, I was told my order never went through. I have documentation it did. I will NEVER use this company again!

Christmas sweatshirt they said would arrive 6th to 13th of December. Still not arrived on 18th, so even if it does arrive not much time to enjoy it. Was expensive sweatshirt as well.

I ordered a vintage camper Christmas tree t-shirt that I saw on Facebook on Nov. 17. It took nearly three weeks for the shirt to arrive and when it did, it was of poor quality and there was no paperwork or return label with the item. They have a phone number but you can not speak to a human and it directs you to a website to chat. The chat is only available certain hours of the day. I finally sent them a message on Facebook asking for their return address and they continually tried to get me to exchange the item instead of returning it. After three messages they gave me a return address and I shipped it back. Now, they can't find the item to issue a refund. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
